I like to paint, draw, listen to music, drive around (it's therapeutic), walk outside, go to parks, go camping, meet new people, dye my hair (hehe =), talk on the phone, go to movies, go to coffee shops, go to concerts, go to art galleries, go and explore cities (downtown areas...the fun unique parts of cities and towns), and many other things. The only two things I really hate are water and heights. I like water, but don't expect me to swim in it....I mean i do TAKE SHOWERS!! And Heights are a HUGE NO-NO!! I really am an outgoing person and I absolutely love people.
I have a big family to thank for that. My mom is a widow of almost 14 years. My father passed away in 1990. I have an older sister named Jennifer who is married to Tim and they have a beautiul little 4 year old boy named Ean. Also, I have an older brother, Jeff, who is 25 and recently married to Courtney. They just bought a house and moved to Michigan. Finally, my little sister Sokeya is 11 years old. She was adopted from Cambodia three years ago from this month. I have a wonderful family and despite everyone's difference we all love & support eachother no matter what. We can be a little disfunctional at times, but cant every family?
Within the past 6 months I got back into Art. I have my sister to thank for that because she got me to re-explore my artistic abilities. Art is very relaxing and exciting for me. Painting again has opened a whole new world for me. It gives me self-confidence and an escape to this crazy life when I need it most. I haven't done much lately because I only do it when I'm really excited and feel creative. I am into painting abstracts mostly for now. Hopefully soon I will have some of my work on here for you to see! The flower up top is a flower I drew with markers about a year ago! I like bright colors so it was fun!!!
