�James, help me carry him!� They dragged him into the Team Rocket lab and set him down on a table. Jessie was holding up a syringe and filling it with some type of liquid. �I kind of like him quiet like this, don�t you James?� She jabbed the needle into his arm. Ash woke up with a start when he felt the needle. �James, hold him down!� Jessie didn�t want him leaving just yet. She started to be rough with the needle in his arm just to make him scream. �Come on, twerp!� Jessie dragged him down some stairs into a dark room full of cells. Ash was still in shock. �What are you doing to me?� She walked into the cell with him while James stood outside guarding the locked door. �You were so pathetic that you let a weedle poison you! We gave you the antidote in out lab at Team Rocket�s Base.� He was still very confused. �Why are you doing this?� Jessie grabbed Ash and held him against the wall. �You�re friends had no choice but to let us take you to a hospital since they wouldn�t have made it in time but do you actually think we would take you to the hospital?� She brought her face up to his and so close that their noses touched. Jessie started whispering softly in his ear. �I love you, Ash!� He turned his head to get her face out of his but she made him look at her. Ash closed his eyes not to look at her. �What are you talking about? We both know how much you hate me!� She pulled him into a hug and he shivered being so close to her. Jessie started whispering to him so quietly that only he could hear. �Calm down. I don�t want to hurt you and I definitely don�t hate you. I just want to talk but I don�t want you running away on me.� She motioned for James to hand her a bag in his hands. �I�m going to tell you a little secret. I think you�re old enough to handle but you might want to sit down for this.� He refused so she shrugged. �Ok, but don�t say I didn�t warn you.� Jessie pulled out a picture of her and James when they were younger with a baby girl in their arms. Ash almost fainted when he saw it. �I know that girl!� Jessie was smirking. �She�s been following you, right?� He nodded. �But every time I turn around she dashes away so fast that my friends think I�m seeing things. I tried to get close to her once but she bit me!� Jessie whistled so loud that it pierced Ash�s ears. �You called, Jessie!� The same girl appeared in the room out of nowhere. Jessie turned to Ash. �This is my daughter, Cleopatra.� He was still in shock so Jessie decided to demonstrate. �Shortly after she was born, the boss had this idea of combining pokemon DNA with human DNA but it was only in the experimental stage. Cleopatra kept bugging me try it on her but it had a big chance of failing because it�s never been tried after they were born. She knew the risk but didn�t care because she wanted the powers, so I did it. It worked surprisingly well and when we measured her power lever, it was invincible. She was the only one able to take after being born so we stopped the experiments and now she�s my personal assistant and the boss�s assassin.� Ash couldn�t believe what he just heard. �That�s just wrong!� Jessie nodded. �But it wasn�t my idea. I was completely against it. Even though it was mostly successful I hated it.� She turned to Cleopatra. �There was one good that came out of it though. My daughter has the power to resurrect the dead and to undo what was done with the other experiments so I got her to undo everything that happened.� Ash was still looking at Cleopatra as Jessie talked. �She can use every single pokemon attack with tremendous power.� Jessie told her daughter to leave for a bit and she was gone in the blink of an eye.
�So you did the experiment?� Ash wanted to know the whole story, not just part. �Cleopatra doesn�t trust anyone but me so yes.� He sat down on a bench with her while she talked. �I bet you�re wondering why I named her that, huh? You see, that wasn�t her original name but she wanted it changed afterwards so I let her. I like it though. Weird but true.� Jessie was looking around the room for something. �Get out here!� Cleopatra came out of the wall, laughing. Jessie wasn�t amused but started to talk to her. �Have you perfected your ability to give the same power to anyone yet?� She nodded and Jessie stood up. �Right here, right now! I want it!� Cleopatra�s eyes started glowing and Jessie was filled with a rush of energy. When it was over, Jessie had the very same powers as her daughter. �Hey, this is nice!� Jessie aimed her hand at a wall and it instantly blew up. �What just happened?� Ash was staring with wide eyes. �She gave me the same powers and it�s awesome!� Jessie aimed her hand at Ash and shot a flamethrower at him. �What was that for?� She laughed. �Just playing with you.� Jessie motioned her daughter to leave again. �What are you doing with me though?� Ash was back to his old self now, clueless about everything. �Come with me!� Jessie transported them both and James outside in the blink of an eye.
�Hey James! Come here!� When James faced her, Jessie�s eyes glowed and he felt the same energy that she had felt earlier. When it was over, James had the same powers. �Now we�re unstoppable! This is the best!� Ash was making a run for it but he was frozen in his tracks by a disable attack from Jessie. �Where do you think you�re going, twerp?� He hated it when she called him that. �I want to know what you�re trying to do to me!� Jessie walked over to him and grabbed him in her arms. Ash felt so helpless right now. She had her arms around him so tight. �I seriously love you, twerp! I know it sounds crazy but I do.� He started to give in to her as she spoke softly. �I want to be your friend. I�m sorry if I hurt you, I really am.� Jessie�s voice was so calming that Ash started getting sleepy. �I need to warn you about something though. Cleopatra has wanted to hurt you for a while now. I won�t always be there to stop her so if she tries anything, use this.� Jessie handed him a remote control. �What�s this?� She smirked. �It�s the spare remote to the shock collar I use on her. I know it sounds cruel and you�ll have a hard time doing it to her but you have to.� Ash was about to refuse but Jessie kept talking. �It doesn�t hurt her one bit! If she screams, ignore it because she�s putting on an act. I know for a fact that it doesn�t hurt her. I always keep it on the highest setting and she actually asks me to use it on her!� He was confused again. �Then what good is it?� She smiled evilly. �She hates it when anyone else does it and I really think she�s going to hate it if you use it on her!� Ash wanted to know why so Jessie had to explain it more. �She knows that I�m going to be there five seconds after you use it and I won�t tolerate it if she hurts you!� Ash finally started to understand. �Thanks a lot, Jessie.� She nudged him in the back. �I�m going to take you back to your friends now, ok?� He let her transport him back to where Brock, Mai, and Max were but not before thanking her. Ash gave her a kiss right on the cheek. �Well that�s not exactly the thanks I expected!� She hugged him back and he was with his friends in the blink of an eye.
�Ash! Thank god you�re ok!� Brock was worrying the entire time. �Instead of bringing me to the hospital they brought me to the Team Rocket Base Lab! There was no hospital close enough that even they could get to. Jessie had the antidote but what I don�t understand is why Jessie and James would help me. Worst of all, they started hugging me and everything!� His friends all stared. �They just keep getting weirder and weirder.� Ash could hear an evil laughter in the distance as they spoke. He started to yell. �Cleopatra, I can hear you. Show yourself!� As he said that, she came out dropping bad eggs on all of them. �Who is that?� Cleopatra moved so fast that they couldn�t see her until she landed in front of Ash. �Hello, brat!� He didn�t move an inch when she put her nose right in his face. �Cleopatra, what do you want? If you�re just here to annoy me, than leave!� Ash was obviously serious for once. �Of course I�m not going to annoy you! In fact, Jessie sent me herself to give you a message.� He waited for her to tell him positive it wasn�t true. �Jessie says the reason she acted the way she did today is because she wanted to show you that she�d be there for you when you need someone to talk to. On the other hand I have a message for you. My message to you is quite insulting actually.� Cleopatra jumped on top of Ash and knocked him down. �I think you�re a stupid idiot that will never amount to anything! You probably are a pokemon trainer just because everyone else is! I personally think you should ask Jessie to let you be her slave because you won�t fit in anywhere else! I�m thinking of saying some other nasty things too but I think you get the hint. I want you to be in misery for the rest of your life!� She jumped off of Ash as Brock, Mai, and Max watched. �Who are you and what do you want?� Brock was getting impatient. �I am Jessie�s daughter, Cleopatra. You�ll stay out of this argument if you know what�s good for you!� With that, she disappeared. �Jessie has a daughter!� Brock was stunned. �Why is she after you?� Ash started walking down the path with his friends while he talked. �She just doesn�t like me. I don�t know why but that�s the girl that�s been following us around all the time.� He started to think about it but nothing came to mind. �It�s like she gets pleasure out of hurting me for no reason.� He knew Cleopatra was still there. �Get out here, now!� Ash was getting angry now. �You would just love to get me alone, wouldn�t you?� She appeared in front of him. �You couldn�t imagine the things I would do to you!� Cleopatra grinned and showed her long fangs to him. She extended her claws and swiped a claw on Ash�s stomach. �How about I sharpen my claws on you? You see, I don�t hold back like Jessie does. She�d love to hurt you and I know it! She just doesn�t want me to become like her but I admire that about my mom so much!� Cleopatra started digging her claws into him. Ash was screaming in pain by now and had enough. �That�s it!� He pulled out the remote to the shock collar and turned it up full force. She started screaming as if in pain but Ash just stood there watching. His friends stared, thinking he was being cruel. �Cleopatra, get up! I know you�re faking it!� She rose up completely fine as the electricity still surged through her body. �I don�t understand why Jessie is so protective of you but I hate it! She just wants you all to herself and I know it! She says one thing but means the complete opposite!� She disappeared again but this time for a while longer. �Ash, what were you thinking using that on her?� Brock was yelling but Ash stayed calm. �She was faking it the entire time! It doesn�t hurt her. She begs Jessie to use it on her. She just hates it if someone else uses it.� Mai went up to them. �Jessie�s daughter is crazy!� Ash started walking again. �I know that but what she said about Jessie not wanting her daughter to become like her scares me. I think Jessie�s just waiting for the right time to strike.�
That night when they were asleep, Ash heard a familiar laughter. �Hey twerp! You figured it out. I am a lot worse than Cleopatra! I can act completely psycho at times!� She grabbed him and transported them both back to the Team Rocket Lab. �I�ve always wanted to play doctor with you!� She strapped him down so tight that he couldn�t move an inch. �So Cleopatra was right about you! I don�t understand. You said before that you loved me!� Jessie looked down at him and noticed that he was baring his teeth at her. �You are so gullible! I told you that so I could get you here but I can�t wait that long. I don�t need to gain your trust now that I have so much power!� She grabbed a hose from a helium tank and stuck it down his throat. �Your voice is so annoying! Remember last time we sprayed helium gas? You sounded like a chipmunk!� Jessie was smiling as he whimpered loudly. �I�ve wanted to get rid of you for so long!� She saw his face showing how much pain he was in but she looked as cold as ice with an evil smile on her face. �It�s over, twerp!� Ash tried to scream but it was no use. Jessie just watched in pleasure as he slowly died. Just before he closed his eyes, she bent over him. �Neither me, James, or Cleopatra will ever bring you back! All of us want you dead. No one loves you, twerp!� A tear rolled down his cheek as he closed his eyes for the final time. An evil laughter could be heard throughout the entire Team Rocket Base.
�What? That can�t be!� Misty was crying her eyes out when she heard about Ash being killed. His mother was devastated and so were his friends. �Jessie�s insane! Hasn�t anyone caught her?� Officer Jenny looked down. �She�s so powerful that no one could stop her! Only Jessie, James, or Cleopatra can bring him back but it�s definite that they won�t.� Misty cried herself to sleep for years just thinking about it. �He died at the hands of Jessie! She�s a maniac and I couldn�t start to imagine the things she done to him!� Misty had horrible nightmares for twenty years until something happened one night. �Misty!� She thought she was dreaming but she was wide-awake. �Oh my god! Ash is it really you?� He was glowing and had huge angel wings on his back. �I noticed you were so sad but I couldn�t come. I can�t stay for long but I came to tell you that I love you!� Misty hugged him as he disappeared into the night sky.
One day when Misty was eating lunch in the park, she heard a familiar voice. �That�s it! You�re going to get it!� Right after that, a scream was heard. Misty looked around to find out where it came from and saw Jessie beating Cleopatra. �Oh my god! Jessie, you haven�t aged at all!� Misty had grown taller but both Cleopatra and Jessie were still the same. �Well that�s what happens when you have so much power!� Misty walked over to Jessie and slapped her in the face. �How could you kill Ash? He�s so innocent and he�s never done anything to deserve that! How can you be so insane?� Jessie was laughing for about two minutes before answering. �It gave me so much pleasure to have him at my mercy! I can show you the scene psychically if you want?� Misty was so angry at her, knowing that she was capable of bringing him back. �Bring Ash back now!� Jessie just ignored her. �If I did that then I�d make him suffer all over again!� Misty couldn�t take much more. �Bring him back and take me instead!� Jessie turned to walk away. �I get pleasure out of hurting Ash, not you.� She grabbed her daughter by the hair and dragged her away. �You treat your own daughter like that on top of it?� Misty was in pain, seeing Cleopatra like that but Jessie just ignored it.
Jessie went home and made James supper but then noticed something on her desk. It was a picture of Ash. She had stolen it out of his wallet one time but this time she noticed something about it. He looked like he was about to cry in the photo. Jessie put it away quickly and tried not to think about it. �All I did was put him out of his misery.� Her daughter laughed. �I have an idea! Why don�t you bring him back but don�t ever tell anyone that he�s alive and keep him locked up constantly while you do all the things you want to him?� Jessie hugged Cleopatra. �Yes, you�re right. I could call him my little pet!� She raised her hands and used her powers to create a dark light that filled the entire room. When it was over, Ash was there, standing in front of her. �It�s been a while, hasn�t it?� He just sat on the floor in front of her, giving in. �I�m going to make you my little pet for all eternity!� Jessie dragged him by the hair and showed him a large cage. �This will be your new home but first I�m bringing you to the lab!� She dragged him down the stairs by his hair. Ash didn�t even bother trying to resist. Jessie strapped him down onto the table once more and grabbed a needle. She injected him and he went straight to sleep, having no idea what Jessie would do to him this time.
The next morning, he found himself in the cage she showed him but when he tried to speak, no sound came out. �I see you noticed one of the things I did to you!� Jessie was in her bed, eating breakfast watching his every move. �I took out your voice box! Now I won�t have to tell you to shut up all the time!� She has a sinister smile on her face. �I bet you�re wondering what else I did to you, huh?� Jessie got up and walked to the cage. �I loved having my hands all over you! Being able to touch you as much as I wanted!� Ash looked into her eyes as she spoke. He could see the look of a psychopath in her eyes. �I also did something else to you! You know the powers I have? Well I decided to give them to you. You can use them to speak psychically so that�s a bonus on your part.� He tried to use the powers for the first time and it worked. �Why are you so cold? How can anyone be so cruel? I�d do anything for things to be back to the way they were, anything!� Jessie looked into his eyes and saw the same sadness that she saw in the photo she looked at earlier. �You had that look of sadness in your eyes back then too. Why was it any better?� He kneeled at her feet. �I was with my friends! You made my life a living hell! That�s why I was always crying! Can�t you use your powers to rewind time to before everything happened?� She nodded. �You would do anything?� Ash bent lower onto the ground as he begged her. �Anything you want!� Jessie put her hands on her hips and spoke seductively. �Alright I can do that for you on one condition. You have to do whatever I tell you when I come bug you at anytime!� He felt her hands on him and under his shirt. �It�s a deal, Jessie!� She waved her arms and a huge black light filled up the entire room and wiped across the entire earth. �Time has been restored and no one, including your friends will remember anything that happened. You will be my servant from now on though. I can now come get you whenever I want you! You�re friends are supposedly waiting for you to get back from the hospital so I�d advise you to go to them.� Jessie smirked as he tried to use the power. �Since I re-winded time, you don�t have the powers.� He started to form a ball of fire in his hand. �Wrong, Jessie! I was smart enough to counteract you�re time technique with another attack so I could keep the power. I also have my voice back on top of it!� She pushed him down but he teleported back to his friends before he hit the ground.
Ash cried that night but they were tears of Joy. He didn�t care that he had to serve Jessie. He felt happy for the first time in so long.
