Madame Boss (she has not been given an actual name) is the mother to the current Team Rocket boss, Sakaki/Giovanni, and was in command of the illegal organization for many years until he son took over. She is most likely the one who created Team Rocket, and the plans to clone Mew began in her day. She is quite a cold woman, who doesn't seem to care much about her son (refering to him as 'her little brat boy') or the people she commands.
