The woman with the silver hair is Lion, and the other one is Sanna.
Their names (from various sources) are Annie and Oakley (no idea which is which, though)
The two women from the fifth movie are two treasure hunters who are after a special jewel which is meant to cause the destruction of the city if removed. It is not actually known if they are TR members or not.
It looks to me like they're resurrecting a Kabutops fossil. It seems they own an Ariados and an Espeon as well.
