Are Hands more useful than Feet?

In the following text I will be discussing both sides of the argument: Are hands more useful than feet?

This is the argument for why hands are more useful than feet.

Hands can pick up nearly anything and they can pick up food to feed you.
Have you ever seen a foot throw a ball, or catch one?
Have you ever seen a foot put in an earring?
Have you ever seen a foot wave?
Have you ever smelt a foot that didn't smell bad?
Can you scratch yourself with your foot?
Have you ever tried to pick your nose with your big toe? EW! I wouldn't like to try.

This is the argument for why hands are not more useful than feet.

Have you ever seen a hand that played a foot game?
Hands can't kick so they can't play foot games like soccer.
Have you ever tried to play hop-scotch with your hands?
Have you ever tried to give a hand a foot massage?
Hands can't jump, so I don't think they can hop and they certainly can't skip.
Have you ever seen a hand that could do a Jump Kick?
Have you ever seen a hand that could do any kinds of Karate Kicks?

As you can see, there are a lot of good points in both of these arguments. Hands can do lots of good things, but who can kick someone up the butt with your hand? Feet can do a lot of great things too, but who could live without scratching your nose for the rest of your life?

Overall, I believe hands are more useful than feet. Imagine all the money you would save if you didn't have to buy shoes, socks or stockings. Hands only need gloves�simple!
