| Ok...to date I dont really have "projects"...as I have "a project". But eventually I will add a few more things as they get done. But, you can enjoy this quilt at least. | ||||||||||||||||||

| THE QUILT: It was made by my Hebrew Class. I made each block and then each student embroidered their name, themselves, on the block. I collected them and sewed them all together. In the middle we put a Star of David with a menorah and dreidel on either side of the Star. The quilt is blue and white like that of Israel's flag(Star of David in the middle and then two blue lines across the top and bottom) |

| The quilt was made for our Hebrew teacher, Sofie. She had a class of over 30 students at the start and after 5 months we still had 20. (Other classes of the same starting size finsihed with less than 10 showing up each day. One class had 3 a day!!) So you can see she was an excellent teacher. Our class had people from England, the States, Ethiopia, Kenya, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Russia, Ukraine, and Holland. None of us spoke a word of Hebrew...and maybe 3 could write the alphabet. So, you see...what a task Sofie had for herself...and she did a wonderful job!!! | ||||||||||||||||||

| It's all sewn together and ready to give to the teacher but I needed to clean it up a bit. We used a washable marker to write our names...so a few needed to be removed. | ||||||||||||||||||
