Getting a girl is like getting a job. First you need a cover letter (how you look?) along with a resume (you need past experience). If you have a good GPA (how heavy is your wallet?), that would be nice too. OK, let's say you get the interview (first try-out date), here are the tough questions:
#1 Tell me about yourself. What are your hobbies? Tell her your skills, and what you have to offer. Be a well rounded person, dont' just say I know 4 programming languages.
#2 What are your other career options? You don't have to tell her specifically what other companies (girls) are you interview (dating) with. And if she is the only company you're interviewing with, don't let her know that. Be general!!! "Well, based on my past experience, I am able to work in many fields. Therefore I am not limiting my career options. However, I do have some preferences, especially _____________ (the field of the company)."
#3 Are you a leader (will you take me to different places)? YES, never say no. Then list examples.
#4 Are you creative (do I have to tell you what to do)? YES, never say no. Then list examples.
#5 How do you resolve conflicts (if we have a fight, what will you do)? Example Answer: "Well I usually work with people very well, however, if a conflict occurs, I would settle it by having conversations. Then I would discuss further to avoid unnecessary conflicts in the future."
#6 What are your future goals? (what characteristics does your ideal girlfriend have to have) Tell her honestly. Be focused, give details.
#7 How long will it take you to make contributions to the firm (when will you buy me a gift)? Make sure you let her know you are a fast learner.
#8 What important trends do you see in the industry (where do cool couples hang out now a day)? RESEARCH!!! Make sure you do it beforehand.
#9 Strengths/Weaknesses? List 3 strengths, DON'T SAY NONE for weakness because she might think you are arrogant and that will be your weakness. List 1 weakness and how you will overcome it.
#10 How do you handle deadlines (will you remember our anniversary, my birthday and valentine's day)? Give a sample story. Tell her you are always prepared.
I hope you get the job.
