Haha...you're probably wondering why I'm using Vin Diesel as the background for this page. Simple reason...he's HOT. But anyway...What you are about to read is a list of personal reviews of nightclubs that I have been to. These are strictly my opinion. The following clubs are rated by stars...5 stars being the highest.
Overall: 4 STARS
The Mayan: Free if you can get yourself on the guestlist. Do NOT pay over $10 for this club. HUUUGE dancefloor. At least 3 rooms of different music and DJs. Go-Go Dancers for the boys. Drinks are regular priced. Not a super posh club. Wide variety of people. Music ranges from Hip Hop to Techno. My ass got grabbed by a tall shady white guy. Pissed me off pretty badly.
Overall: 2 STARS
Grand Avenue: This club is ghetto. The people are ghetto.
If you pay money for the club...you got jipped. The dancefloor
is sticky. This is an 18 and over club. The music is somewhat
decent. This is definitely a jeans and t-shirt type club.
Overall: 1 STAR
Soho: 18 and over club. The club is fun when you're 18.
If you're 21 and you're still clubbing there, then it's
pathetic. Stop being a child molestor. Two rooms of
dancing. Drinks aren't too strong but they're
moderately priced. Music's okay. Again,
if you're 18...it's fun...if you're not...
don't waste your time.

Live Bait: Watch out Grand Ave. You have
some competition when it comes to "ghetto-ness."
This club looks soooo nasty. Like a trailer trash
place. The lady that mans the bathroom had a sign
that said, "I ain't your mom...throw away your
own trash." So yeah...if you pay for this place
you're out of your mind.
Overall: 1 STAR
Miyagi's: Okay...so there's no place to dance at this place. You basically dance on top of the bar and the sushi tables. The music is played from a cd. They have music videos playing but the music videos don't match with the music blasting from the speakers. The music is usually disco or something weird. It is CROWDED. The drinks are pretty strong. There's tons of stars that go. There's no cover. So if you don't mind being pushed around and squished to death...then you should go.
Overall: 2.5 STARS
Dublin's: This club is SOOO packed. There's no cover charge. There are two dancefloors. The guys are super shady and pretty aggressive. Read my dear diary story and you'll see. It's packed. The people are rude. The drinks are whatevers. Music's whatevers.
Overall: 1.5 STARS
Q's: Whatever you do...DO NOT pay for this club. If you do...the max you should pay...ABSOLUTE MAX...is $5. Get yourself on the guestlist. If you can't, just ask me. The dancefloor is small. The guys are semi-aggressive. They make decent drinks. Music's okay. The crowd is young and consists mostly of AGC. This is a jeans and t-shirt club. But this is the best club to hit up guys for drinks.
Overall: 3 STARS
Century Club: Open bar from 9PM-10PM (meaning FREE drinks). Girls can get in free before 10PM. 4 dance areas. The biggest dance floor downstairs is always super packed and hot. Go-Go Dancers for the boys. Huge patio area for the smokers. Music ranging from hip hop to techno. Drinks are hella expensive if you don't get the free drinks. The guys are semi-aggressive. It's just like Q's but the crowd is a lil older.
Overall: 3 STARS
The Lounge: Omg...the guys at this club are TALL. You rarely see tall asian guys at clubs...but if you're wondering where all the tall guys go...they all chill at the lounge. The cocktails are decently priced. It sorta reminds me of a K-Club if you order crown or champagne cuz those prices are outrageous. The dance floor is small but it doesn't matter when the guys are tall and hot. The crowd is older. Roughly around 25.
Overall: 4.5 STARS
Hollywood Highlands: This is supposed a posh club. But there's quite a few trashy girls there. It's $20 to get in. Not exactly worth it. The music's decent. I didn't try drinking there so I don't know how much the drinks are. The guys are super aggressive. They'll chase after you and grab your hands. For the boys, there are two scantily clad go-go girls.
Overall: 3 STARS
The Boogie: This club is GHETTO. SOOOOO GHETTO. I hated it. The guys are hella agressive. The kind where they won't take no for an answer. There's a toothless witch outside manning the tickets. She's horrid. People give/receive BJs right there in front of everyone. The girls are hos. The guys are nasty. Don't go. The music sucks too.
Overall: -10 STARS
The Gotham Club: The crowd is quite older. I'm thinking around 28 and up. The music is okay on Fridays. The drinks are moderately priced. Nice place to just chill and relax. Not too many hoochie mamas.
