To Whom It May Concern:
I am looking to move back to Springfield, Missouri. I am not yet certain of what my time frame is as of yet as that is determined by a few things coming into alignment at once. I am in the process of buying a house there and will hopefuly be able to finalize that plan over Christmas 2005. This is naturally the first step in living somewhere and in my case, returning to Springfield.
I have noticed that the city has really grown since I left some years ago. I was there in October 2005 for a birthday celebration and noticed that the city has really grown not only in population but in business as well. There are more business-to-business functions, keeping the convention center busy most of the year round. I am excited at this growth and want to participate in it on an active level.
I bring with me not only a knowledge of the area and the people since I spent my formative years in Springfield, but having been away, I have an appreciation of all it has to offer in business and family opportunities as well.
In order to move back and have all of these things I want and need, I first need to take my daughter's father back to court and obtain permission to move her out of state. I am told that the time frame for obtaining a court date is roughly 3-6 months.
What I am seeking is a managerial position with a company that can agree to hire me, provide me with a letter of intent to hire and hold my position while I finalize my legal proceedings accordingly. I don't want to do anything that the law says I am not supposed to do regardless of which state I reside.
