| The Lord is my Shepherd | ||
| The Lord is my shepherd,
I shall not want, I shall not tease, I shall not taunt. The Lord leads me, away from wrong, I lift my hands, to a joyous song. My voice is praising Him, so strong, so high. I kneel down to my Father, and start to cry. Oh forgive me my Savior, please forgive my sins. I don't want to die and lose- I want to die and win. I want to see Your face, to touch your Holy hands. I want to help you fly free, in our troubled lands. A mans heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps. Many people fell to His feet, laid there, and wept. He blessed them with words of grace, spread His word all over the place. My God is lovely, for all to know and see. He is so awesome, and he set us free. From the sins that burdened us, the ones we make by our choices, He listens to prayers, our words and voices. The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want, I shall not tease, I shall not taunt. |
