| Jessica had been driving in her car for the past half-hour. She didn't want to go home. That was the last thing she wanted. But she knew she had too. She slowly pulled up on her driveway. She walked up to the door and walked inside. Vivian was waiting for her in the living room. "Hey J. How'd it go?" "He loves me. My best friend is in love with me." "It doesn't have to be a bad thing. You could always give him a chance. He really is a nice guy and i know he could make you happy if you just let him." "Is not that simple V" "Because you won't let it be." "No. It's not that simple because AJ told me he loved me and then Justin tells me he loves and i'm not even sure if i even care about them in that way anymore." "When the hell did AJ tell you he loved you?" "When we were talking today. He told me he was sorry and that he loved me and that he wanted another chance." "You said no right?" Just as she was about to close her eyes, her phone rang. She groaned and picked it up. "Hello?" "Jessica?" "Yeah who's this?" "I'm insulted J. We've been friends since the seventh grade and you can't even recognize my voice. I always knew you were a bitch." Jessica sat straight up at this comment. There were only two people in this world that could and loved to call her that; Connie and Claudia. "CLAUDIA?!" "Damn girl you don't have to yell. Anyway how are you? see i have to call you at 12:00 A.M. because i certain somebody is too damn lazy to pick up her phone and call me. But that's okay. Just wait till i see you. They had been saying that for the last couple of years and they always laughed at it. They had met in the seventh grade along with Connie. after high school Claudia stayed in Boston, Connie had moved to New York, and Jessica had moved Orlando. It was the separation of the legendary "BHS". They still talked from time to time but it was never the same. Connie and Claudia were closer than they were with Jessica. It was nothing but change, after they started college (Connie is majoring in fashion design, Claudia in business and Jessica in Business.) they just drifted apart.
