| The Journey Begins |
| Last Episode�s Highlights: 5 Axems, Goldenrod, Insane, Peace, Fear and Thor come back to find their home town, Mt. Nikel burned and their families slain. They are talking about revenge when a man shows up. He is the Evil Axem that destroyed their town. Together they work as a team and almost defeat him. He had 20 HP left, and then all of a sudden he transformed himself into mist, and floated westward. We meet our heroes recovering after the battle with ???. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Goldenrod: There is something about that guy� I recognize him Peace: He is an Ice Axem, at least. I shiver to think about what he and his army/corparation are going to do. Insane: Yeah, that guy was pretty wacko. Even for my standards. Thor: I think we can finish him off next time. We almost defeated him. He was easy. Next time we will end the job. Goldenrod: Settle down there, Thor. Only a fool travels into battle with confindence and cockyness. Fear: Goldenrod is right. We can�t just go rushing in there. We will have to follow him. He is heading Westwards. By now he is at least half a day farther than us. Goldenrod: I can�t seem to put a name for that face. Flashback Goldenrod is a young axem at Mt. Nikel. He is looking out and sees a couple of horses coming towards the town. Young Goldenrod: Who is that? We don�t get many travelers around here. The horses approach the town. The two figures jump and park their horses by a nearby Inn. Young Goldenrod: (Thinking) This is suspisous, I�d better check it out. *Waits till the figures walk into the inn before peeking through a window.* ???: My partner and I want to rent a room here. Now I happened to forget my wallet back at home, you don�t want any trouble do you? *Axem points finger at the Clerk* Clerk: Yes, sir. *Shivering* Heres you room, 3B, down the hall. *Points down the hall* ???: Thanks, buddy. Come on, lets go. Goldenrod sees the face of the first figure, it was the man who just burned Mt. Nikel. That was no surprise. But it was the second figure�s face that disturbed him. It was the face of a young Axem Fear. Fear had something to do with this guy, he is sure. End Flashback Peace: Goldenrod? You there? Goldenrod: Uhh�Yeah�I guess�*Looks over to see Fear looking at the sky again.* Goldenrod: That man. I saw him, what was it, 15 years ago? He came to Mt. Nikel. I remember�. Fear: (interupting) Shouldn�t we get started? If we want to make any good progess we better start soon. *Acts nervously, glancing over at Goldenrod every now and then* Insane: Yeah, Fear is right. We can finish your story later, Goldenrod. Goldenrod: Sure�lets get going. The Party is traveling westwards. Peace: I wonder what he is doing. That man, what does he plan to do? Goldenrod: I have no idea, but it is going to be evil, pue evil I tell you. Insane: We must stop him. Lets go! Goldenrod: Who, there! We need a map first! Anybody got a map? 4 Axems shake their heads. Goldenrod: Oh, great! Let�s search the ruins for a map. 2 hours later�. Insane: I finally found a map! The other Axems come rushing over. Insane: It�s a little burned at the bottom right, but who cares? Axem Goldenrod: Well� I guess it will do. Lets start. Whats the first town west from here? Insane: The map says it is some kind of Kra-Kra Baka Waka�? Goldenrod: Lemme see that! *Grabs map and looks at it* Its pronounced Crywaka. Its an ancient town. It has a lot of temples, and so it is regarded as a holy town. Lets go! 3 Days Later: Goldenrod: Look, finally there it is! *Points toward Crywaka* Thor: Yes, finally! Some place to get some water! Peace: We need to refill our canteens. We now know not to drink all of it in a day. Come, lets fly the rest of the way. We have enough energy and we don�t need it for fighting. The Party flys over to the town. Insane: Something is wrong I don�t see anybody� anybody at all� Goldenrod: Yeah I know. This is bizzare, I was here 3 months ago. It was crawling with life. Lets go check the temples, maybe it is their worship ceremony right now. Insane and I will do that. Fear, go search the east side. Peace and Thor go search the west side. Meet back here at 4:00. Thor: Yes! Peace: *Smacks Thor* Don�t get any ideas� I�m taken�. Thor: No you�re�.not�. The group falls silent for a minute. Goldenrod: Ok whatever. Thor, split up. As soon as Goldenrod and Insane are a safe distance from the others. Goldenrod: Insane, I have something to tell you. *The two are walking up the steps of a giant cat shaped temple* Insane: What? Goldenrod: I didn�t want to mention this in front of Fear, but uh, I think we better be careful how much we trust him. Insane: Why's that? Goldenrod: When the strange man came 15 years ago I remember seeing him with a partner. His face looks a lot like Fear's, and they act the same. Insane: (Stunned for a minute) Wait, no...that can�t be right. I remember living with him all my life. We went to school together. Goldenrod: Are you sure? Liars can�t be trusted either! Insane: I�m not a liar. He was there. I remember. We got in a fight and I lost badly. Goldenrod: Some strange things have happened lately. *The two reach the top of the temple entrance* Insane: So, here it is. Lets go. The two walk inside and see nobody in the entire building, as it is just one large room. Goldenrod: This is getting weirder and weirer. Insane: Yeah, oh well, lets go beat the others back by the foutain. The two walk back to the foutain. After a while, Thor came running from the West side of the town. Thor: Peace is gone. I told her to go check the house next to mine, I turned around and she was gone. I could hear her scream for a split second. I turned around and then she disapeared. Goldenrod: Good job! *Smacks Thor* I told you to stick together. This looks like the works of that strange man. We better be on the lookout for him. Meanwhile, we need to wait until Fear shows up, then we can rescue Peace. 5 minutes later. Fear comes running from the West side. I was searching a tavern when I saw this tacked to a wall *holds up a note* Goldenrod: Lemme read that! *Grabs note* Dear meddling fools, If you are looking for Peace the answer can be found in her name. However by the time you solve this puzzle it may be too late for her. Stop following me or pay. I already have one of you, don�t make it more.
