| Last time on The Legacy of the Axems- The Axems arrived at Wizard's mansion. After remembering many memories, Wizard shows the Axems to their rooms. But while Blue is trying to get some rest, a Dark Axem arrives at his window. The Axem is none other than Axem Shadow. Blue takes his precautions while Shadow talks to him. After a few minutes of chatting, the two Axems begin a battle. As it seems Blue has the upper hand in dodging, something incredibly horrible begins to swirl in at Blue. Blue is easily weakened by a few of Shadow's attacks. Then Shadow kills Blue with a beam of energy, shooting it through Blue's head. Wizard, extremely filled with anger kills Shadow by shooting hundreds of multi-colored orbs at him. After several minutes of explosions lighting up the night sky, Shadow dies. Now, the Axems, who cannot believe that Blue is dead, are almost motionless. What will happen next? Find out now on The Legacy of the Axems! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Meanwhile in a huge and blackened castle, a grinning Axem sits on a huge throne. This Axem is Axem Blood Knight. Blood Knight silently begins to speak to himself. BLOOD KNIGHT: Finally, my plans have come true! With Blue dead, the Axems will not pose such a threat to me anymore! But Axem Wizard must be eliminated as well. He poses an even bigger threat than any of the Axems, including Axem Blue! The death of Blue was spectacular, but a sacrifice was made to destroy him. Shadow's life was stolen by that accursed Axem Wizard! He must be annihilated just as Axem Blue was, but I spent so much of my energy by lending it to Shadow! Blood Knight pounds his fist down on the throne's arm. BLOOD KNIGHT: How will I defeat him?!?! Blood Knight suddenly looks over to his enormous, black cauldron. A grin of pure evilness appears across his face. BLOOD KNIGHT: I might not have enough of an energy supply to defeat the Axems and to resurrect Smithy, but I am still very formidable against humans! I will kill and use their bodies instead of using Axems! But I fear Smithy may not be at his best when he is resurrected. Humans are not as powerful as Axems are. If I use their bodies, they may not be powerful enough to resurrect Smithy... What am I going to do?! What are my chances of bringing back The Great Smithy?! Blood Knight begins to ponder. He thinks for several minutes before coming up with an idea. BLOOD KNIGHT: Maybe if I use more humans with my experiment�that might be the trick in this. But I must kill them carefully. If the police spot me, they'll be all over my trail... Wait, that's a good thing! It would be more people for me to kill! And not only that, but the police are a little stronger than normal humans. Maybe this will not be so hard after all! ... That's it! My plan has been discovered! I will teleport to Rose Town! They are plenty of people to kill there! Such a gorgeous town will fall hard with the wrath of Blood Knight over it! Mwahahahahahaha!!! Mwahahahahahaha!!! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Blood Knight rises up from his throne, still laughing a hard and terrible laugh. In a few seconds he disappears in a flash of darkness. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Meanwhile in Wizard's mansion, several sad Axems sit around the lifeless body of Axem Blue. The sadness has nearly devoured their hearts. Wizard sits at the far end of his living room in grief with his hands on his head. WIZARD: I could have stopped this! I knew I could've ended the battle! It is my fault for Blue's death. I am responsible for it! How could I let that duel come to such a horrible end?! PEACE: (with tears in her eyes) It wasn't your fault Wizard... none of us could stop it... Blue told us to stay out... it was for the best... Wizard suddenly looks up at Peace with angered eyes. WIZARD: The best?! THE BEST?!?! One of our most honorable warriors died today and what you say is that it's for the best?! Peace suddenly begins to cry at the rise of Wizard's voice. Wizard looks at her and his angered face disappears. He continues to look at Peace with sorrow in his eyes. WIZARD: I'm sorry... I just don't belong here anymore... Wizard rises out of his seat and walks over to the mansion door. Snow jumps in front of Wizard in an attempt to stop him. SNOW: Wizard, what are you doing?! Where are you going at a time like this?! WIZARD: Snow, please step to the side and let me pass. SNOW: No! NO! You're staying here! I'm not letting you go anywhere! Wizard suddenly strikes Snow hard in the face with the back of his hand. Snow stumbles to the side and falls hard on the floor. The terrified Axems look up at Wizard in disbelief. COBALT: Wizard, what are you doing?! Wizard slowly turns around. WIZARD: Something that is for the best of all of us. Wizard slowly spins around and walks out of the mansion door. Cobalt, Goldenrod, Inferno, Mahogany, and Mimic get up and run to follow him. PEACE: Why did I do this? I made Wizard mad... I made him do what he did... Peace gets up and follows. Snow rises to his feet and touches his jaw. SNOW: Gee, that hurt! Snow runs out of the door, too. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ MANSION YARD: The seven Axems reach Wizard. Cobalt grabs his arm and turns him around with extreme force. COBALT: Wizard, what are you doing?! We care for you! You can't leave! I'm sure you care for all of us as well! WIZARD: I am leaving because I need to! Now release me, Cobalt! COBALT: No, I'm not... you're not leaving! A surge of electricity washes over Cobalt. COBALT: AAHHHHHHH!!!!! She falls to the ground. The other six Axems run over to her. GOLDENROD: Sis, are you okay?! COBALT: Yes, I think so. Goldenrod looks up at Wizard. GOLDENROD: Wizard, what's wrong with- huh?! By the time he looks up, Wizard is gone. Peace looks up and at Goldenrod. She looks around for Wizard, but doesn't see him. PEACE: Where did he- GOLDENROD: I don't know... I just don't know why he would do this to us... MAHOGANY: My own brother, doing this to his closest friends. Why would he? MIMIC: He's my brother, too! ... I guess he doesn't care for us... Peace looks at Mimic. PEACE: (crying) Of course he cares for us! He would do anything to protect us! Anything! INFERNO: She's right. Wizard does care for us. A lot, too. He is just mad from what happened to Blue. I'm sure he'll be back soon. We just need to give him time. COBALT: No... I fear he won't come back. Did you see what he did to Snow? SNOW: Yeah... I never knew he possessed that much physical strength. I always thought he was physically weak very much. Snow rubs his jaw again. SNOW: I guess I was wrong... But the main thing is, we have to get Wizard to come back! Peace stops crying. She wipes the tears away from her eyes. PEACE: Yes, we need to get Wizard back! We need to go out and look for him! MAHOGANY: Yes, we do. MIMIC: I'm with you, bro! INFERNO: Uhhhhhh... I guess I'm in... but can we sleep first? I have a lot on my mind... COBALT: Yeah, I guess we do need to get some sleep. We'll make the funeral arrangements first thing in the morning. Then, we will start our search for Wizard... if that's what you guys want to do. SNOW: Yeah, whatever you say, Cobalt. MAHOGANY: I agree. We can at least give him a little bit of time to think things over. MIMIC: Yeah, our brother thinks a lot. And maybe if we're lucky, he'll come back tonight when we're sleeping. GOLDENROD: Yep. So, I guess it's settled. The Axems nod and walk into the mansion. About 45 minutes later, the lights turn off once again and the Axems continue their nights, sleeping and getting rest. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Meanwhile, Blood Knight appears in the middle of someone's yard in Rose Town. He looks around and smiles. BLOOD KNIGHT: And my killing streak begins! He turns and runs to the house which he appeared in front of. He jumps through the window. The man and woman in their bed who own the house and the yard are awoken to the sound of the shattering window. WOMAN: (whispering) William, what was that sound? MAN: (whispering) I don't know, Sarah... but I'm tired... WOMAN: (whispering) Well go down there and check! MAN: (whispering) Fine... The man grabs a bat from under his bed and slowly walks down stairs. He clutches the bat tightly in his fists as if he were nervous and scared. As he nears the bottom of the stairs, a shadowy figure suddenly covers the man's mouth with one hand and restrains him with the other. The figure is an Axem, none other than Axem Blood Knight. The man tries to scream, however, no sound is heard. He struggles and tries to hit Blood Knight with the metal bat, trying to swing it wildly. Blood Knight begins to whisper in the man's ear. BLOOD KNIGHT: (whispering) You've just met your doom, mortal. Blood Knight quickly releases the man. Before the man even has time to open his mouth, Blood Knight's slits the man's throat with his axe. The man falls on the floor with a small thud. The woman up in her room barely hears the noise. WOMAN: (whispering) William, are you okay down there? She gets up from her bed and walks over to the stairs. She sees the lifeless body of her husband at the bottom with a puddle of blood around him. She begins to back away and covers her mouth with her hands. She slowly continues to back away until she bumps into Blood Knight. She turns around and Blood Knight's axe slashes across her throat. She falls to the ground. Blood Knight smiles and observes his bloody axe. BLOOD KNIGHT: Two down, a lot more to go... Blood Knight quickly picks up the bodies and runs out of the house just as quickly as he entered it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Meanwhile, Wizard appears in front of an enormous building. He looks up at it and looks in front of him. He begins to walk forth, but suddenly stops as he sees a shadowy figure zip by him. The figure suddenly stops and spins around. He looks at Wizard. It is, of course, Axem Blood Knight. BLOOD KNIGHT: WIZARD?!?!?!?! Wizard notices Blood Knight and the two bodies. A feeling of pure hatred washes over him. WIZARD: So, Blood Knight, we meet again. And I can see you are up to your crimes once more. But all of that will end tonight, Blood Knight. You have gone too far. It is tonight that you will fall. And when you do, I will banish you away from this world with this. Wizard uncovers a red gem, which was hidden behind his robe. He holds it up to where Blood Knight can see it. Blood Knight gasps and begins to back away. BLOOD KNIGHT: NO!!! It can't be! That's the... the- WIZARD: Yes, it's the Realm Ruby. BLOOD KNIGHT: Impossible! I've heard so much about that stone! I heard its powers were untapped! Where'd you get it?!?! Wizard smirks. WIZARD: I created the Realm Ruby. Blood Knight's mouth drops in awe. BLOOD KNIGHT: NO!!! Stay away from me! Leave me alone! Blood Knight tries to teleport, however, nothing happens. BLOOD KNIGHT: NO!!!!! He looks up at Wizard. The Realm Ruby in Wizard's hands is glowing. WIZARD: I have disabled your teleporting abilities. There is no way to escape, Blood Knight. You must battle me. Blood Knight's eyes stay locked on Wizard. BLOOD KNIGHT: NO!!!!! Leave me alone!!! Blood Knight turns and tries to run away, but he hits a shield trying to escape. He is thrown back. The bodies are flung from his arms and hit the sidewalk where the Axems stand. Blood Knight rises to his feet. BLOOD KNIGHT: How can this be?! How can this happen?! WIZARD: Blood Knight, your heart is filled with pure hatred and terror. However, you think I will let you flee. Do you think you can possibly order someone to have mercy on without deserving it? Well, Blood Knight, you are wrong. You kill and think it is fun. But all of it will back-fire and destroy you, Blood Knight. Yes, you will die without a will. No one cares about you, Blood Knight. The only thing they care about is that you are defeated, or banished into a world with creatures of your personality. Wizard begins to walk forward. WIZARD: Prepare for the worst, Blood Knight. Prepare to duel with me. Blood Knight begins to back away as Wizard continues to walk towards him. BLOOD KNIGHT: No! You stay away from me! Be gone! Get out of here! Wizard doesn't respond and continues to walk towards Blood Knight. BLOOD KNIGHT: AAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!! Stay away from me! You weren't supposed to appear this early! I'm too weak to fight you! You can fight me... the next time you see me! WIZARD: I'm afraid I cannot let you leave, Blood Knight. This city will be where your reign of terror ends, once and for all. BLOOD KNIGHT: No! NO! It can't be! I will not die! WIZARD: Yes, Blood Knight, you will die! You killed one of my closest friends! Why should I take mercy on you?! You just killed two more innocent lives several minutes ago! Why do you expect me to let you free?! So you can murder more people and fulfill your dreams of resurrecting and reviving Smithy?! I cannot let you do that! And you will not as long as I, or any other Axems exist in this world! The Realm Ruby begins to glow brighter. BLOOD KNIGHT: No, Wizard! Don't do this to me! I'll do anything if you spare my life! WIZARD: You didn't spare Blue's or any other people's lives when you murdered them. Why should I spare yours?! The Realm Ruby begins to glow brighter. BLOOD KNIGHT: Fine, I will fight you! I will face off and do my best to try and defeat you! The Realm Ruby's flash begins to grow dim. Seconds later, it disappears. WIZARD: Finally, Blood Knight. You have made a wise decision. Wizard hides the Realm Ruby back behind his cloak. His Magical Staff appears in his left hand and his axe appears in his right hand. Blood Knight nervously draws his axe. A tremendous battle is underway. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Who will win the tremendous battle between Axem Wizard and Axem Blood Knight?
