| Episode Forty-One |
| The surface of Bob was relatively peaceful. The wild partying that had gone on after the victory was ended, and it was a normal early morning. However, that changed quickly, very quickly. The Arch activated, and the guards were confused. No one was supposed to be coming at that time. The scene quickly turned into a replica of Aquador�s takeover, except for the scenery. Before the initial guard was taken out, one managed to sound an alarm. The sound brought more reinforcements for Bob to defend with. One was a dark green Axem with orange eyes, under which was an X shaped scar. He had several scars all over, from all his service to Bob. His axe was engraved with a tree. This was Axem Hunter, second in command of Bob�s military. AXEM HUNTER: Where is Axem Strife? TOAD: Sir, he has not returned in the blades. Hunter dodged a punch from an Iondrosser and elbowed him in the stomach. AXEM HUNTER: Blast it! Hunter noticed some of the distinct markings on the Koopa he had just KO�d. AXEM HUNTER: Oh my gosh! Iondross has conquered Faccs, and they�ve sent a bunch of them to die here! The Iondross attack was not taking any new ground, partially because the people from Faccs didn�t give a crap about the Empire, so long as they weren�t executed. The Iondrossers who were actually part of the Empire tried to rally the people of Faccs. IONDROSSER: GO THE GLORY OF THE EMPIRE!!! He then jumped on a Boban and started to savagely beat her. NOTE: I finally got� �unlazy� and made up a name for the people of Bob. FACCSISH PERSON: FREEDOOOMMMM!!! The person who yelled then turned and clotheslined an Iondrosser. The other Faccsish people turned on the Iondrossers as well. It was an internal conflict, and no one was fighting the Bobans anymore. Axem Hunter was standing a little ways away from the fight, watching it. AXEM HUNTER: Uh�yay? BOBAN KOOPA: I think so� The Faccsish people, greatly outnumbering the loyal Iondrossers, quickly defeated them. They looked up and saw all the Bobans standing around them. A Boban sprinted through the crowd and hit some buttons, shutting off the Arch before another wave of invaders could come through. FACCSISH PERSON: Uh�hi? AXEM HUNTER: Let�s talk enlistment�. FACCSISH PERSON: Enlistment? AXEM HUNTER: You don�t want to go back to Iondross, do you? And don�t you want revenge on them for destorying your state? FACCISH PERSON: Yes� No one is worthy of the planet of Faccs except for the Faccish! NOTE: Hey, I noticed the accidental similarity between �Faccish� and �Fascist� so I went with it� MEANWHILE: A black fist slammed down on the arm of a chair. It wasn�t just any chair; it was the throne of Iondross. Blood Knight had just received news from the attack force. AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: What? They failed? KOOPA: Sir, the Faccish turned on them. One of our loyal subjects managed to get the message through before they were beaten. AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: �Our� loyal subjects? The Koopa quivered. KOOPA: Sire, I apoli- The Koopa was sent flying across the room by Blood Knight�s powerful arms. AXEM OPAQUE: Your majesty- AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: You said this plan would work! AXEM OPAQUE: No, I said the Faccish lives meant nothing�Which they don�t. Opaque moved from her position to the right of Blood Knight and sat on the arm of the throne. AXEM OPAQUE: We could always go with your plan now� Hopefully they won�t think to counteract it� Blood Knight smiled up at her. AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: Yes, yes we could� Give the word to move out! A Koopa ran out the door. MEANWHILE: The massive fleet above Iondross suddenly sprang to life. A third of it turned to face away from the planet, then their engines ignited. The blades all launched at full speed, on an attack mission, under direct orders from the Emperor. MEANWHILE: Axems Inferno and Over Flame were surveying the progress that had occurred during their absence, and JK Crimson was showing them the way. They were in the CC. JK CRIMSON: As you can see, th- He was cut off by a loud voice. KYLE: Wormhole from Bob, Sirs. The three fiery warriors walked towards the Arch room. They came in sight of Kyle. KYLE: Only an audio signal sir, no travelers. An unfamiliar voice arose from the transmitter. AXEM HUNTER: Greetings. I am Axem Hunter, Second-in-command of Boban Military. AXEM INFERNO: Hello Hunter. I�m assuming there is something important� AXEM HUNTER: Iondross attacked us this morning, it was a failure. However, one of the prisoners we captured told us that in the event of their loss, the next course of action would be to launch a fleet to the Dorian system, to destroy both your world and Aquador in the one way you won�t have a chance to defend. We�ve confirmed this launch of blades by deep space telemetry. They are hoping that our ships will still be on the way here, back from the attack. Unfortunately they are correct in- Silence reigned for a moment. AXEM INFERNO: Hunter? AXEM HUNTER: I�m here. I just received intel that Strife and the others have returned, minus the ones who stayed behind to guard, of course. I�ll patch you through. After a few seconds of static, Strife�s voice could be heard. AXEM STRIFE: Hiya. Always getting into trouble, aren�t you? AXEM INFERNO: No time for jokes, can you send some blades to help? There�s no way that the one blade we have will be able to defend both worlds from an assault� AXEM STRIFE: I can send enough to help you, but it�ll take a while. The Iondrossers will probably arrive first� We�ll get there in like 4 days� It takes about� uh� a little longer than that for the Iondrossers to travel to your world�Let�s hope they didn�t leave too long ago� AXEM INFERNO: Thank you. I�ll contact Diputs to see if they can help as well. Strife used his mind for the one thing it could focus on for any extended period of time (excluding stupid things like pencils and coloring books): war strategy. As the saying goes, �the best defense is a good offense.� NOTE: That quote works good if you ever play chess. Try it, if they are in check they can�t attack you, now can they? AXEM STRIFE: You know, we could take advantage of this situation and attack Iondross itself, while some of its fleet is gone� Even if the Iondrossers are almost to conquering your world, they�d have to turn around and come defend their own, because we can get to Iondross quicker than they can get to your world� If worst came to worst, you�d just abandon your planet and come to Bob, and Iondross would be defeated! AXEM INFERNO: Sorry Strife, but they wouldn�t be stupid enough to leave a small enough number of blades for you to win through� AXEM STRIFE: Oh� I guess you�re right� I just thought a counterattack would work perfectly, and maybe even end the war right now� MEANWHILE: AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: I�m having second thoughts� AXEM OPAQUE: It�s your plan� AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: Yeah, but a counterattack would work perfectly for them, and maybe even end the war right now. We could lose! Think about it! The Iondross Empire could be defeated! It�s unthinkable, but it could happen! If Bob and Diputs sent all their blades to attack us, we could be lose! We�d be forced to bring back our attack force, and hope they got here in time� Both Bob and Diputs can reach us long before our attack force makes it to Aquador� AXEM OPAQUE: They won�t think we�re stupid enough to do that. Besides, even if they did, we could attack Bob or Diputs, who would be defenseless� AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: If our blades could get their first which they probably wouldn�t� AXEM OPAQUE: Stop worrying so much.
