| Episode Thirty-Nine |
| Back on the planets surface, Axem Fast was attempting to negotiate with the villagers. NOTE: He didnt realize that was what he was doing though. He thought he was just talking to people about stuff. AXEM FAST: Axem Fast wants you to know that you are safe. Axem Fast was once again in front of the crowd of villagers. However, this time it was slightly larger, as there was no war-type thing going on to distract them. NOTE: Villager will refer to a random voice coming from the crowd. VILLAGER: No we arent. Theyll just return and punish us! AXEM FAST: Axem Fast says, No. Well guard the Arch and they wont be able to bust through! VILLAGER: You dont understand their power VILLAGER: You wont be able to protect us. Theyll just send some blades if they have to. AXEM FAST: Axem Fast says, PshThey arent so good. Weve reclaimed two worlds from them. They are being pushed back. VILLAGER: You only got them by surprise. VILLAGER: Now that they realize you are a threat, they wont be easily beat. VILLAGER: What youre asking is suicide! AXEM FAST: Axem Fast wants to know if youll help if we help you build defenses. CROWD: NO! Fast was very mad at this point. He was shaking so hard that the box he was standing on (in order to be above the crowd) was on the verge of typing over. AXEM FAST: Axem Fast says, Wh- VOICE: Why must you be so violent? Is not the storm only amplified when met with another storm? Does not war and death only cause more war and death? The voice rose from the back of the crowd, and a rather small purple Axem stepped forward. The crowd parted in front of her, as if they were afraid or did not like her. A pendant with the Ying-Yang symbol was hanging from her neck. Her most striking feature was her beautiful wings. The large, white wings were reminiscent of an eagles. They made her appear almost like an angel. VILLAGER: Go away Peace, weve told you you arent welcome here. AXEM FAST: Axem Fast says, Let her stay. I wish to speak to her. By this time, Peace had made it to the front. AXEM PEACE: I have nothing to speak to you about. You have denied the path to true freedom: peace. You are on the way to destruction. AXEM FAST: Axem Fast says, But if we dont fight, Iondross will enslave us all! AXEM PEACE: If you must fight to defend the weak, then you must. However, the unjust fight is the offensive one. You must give Iondross a chance to prove itself. How else will you know what the lion will do, than to let it be? AXEM FAST: Axem Fast says, UhWhat? Ah well. Arent you thankful for your freedom? AXEM PEACE: Does the butterfly aid the net just because it was freed? AXEM FAST: Axem Fast says MEANWHILE: Axem Strife was sitting in his captains chair. Most of the blades had already begun the journey back to their respective homeworlds. Inferno, for example, had left for Pyrodor aboard the Brighid. AXEM STRIFE: Carl-tea retort! TOAD: What? AXEM STRIFE: You knowThe thingIt says how much people and stuff we lost TOAD: You mean a casualty report? AXEM STRIFE: Huh? Whats a casualty report? The Toad sighed. TOAD: The thing you asked for AXEM STRIFE: Oh, okay. Can I have it? TOAD: Yes, Captain. MEANWHILE: A fleet of blades, unlike anything the galaxy had seen surrounded a large, yellow planet. The fleet was several dozen times larger than the attack force used to liberate Peaces world. There was no less than 6 Alpha class blades. It was truly a fear inducing sight. NOTE: Hey! Check it out: new scenery! The surface of Iondross was no less formidable. The Arch was surrounded by more defenses than on Pyrodor, Bob, and Diputs combined. Virtually the entire planet was a city. The incredible amount of smoke and chemicals pouring out of the countless amount of factories made the atmosphere highly polluted. Without the Forgotten technology they had, the Iondrossers would die from the pollution in a matter of days. There were only three spots on the entire planet that were not urbanized. The first was the few small oceans, although construction was underway to change that. The second was the eletrico-fields that generated from the planets high eletromagnetic field and made building impossible. The third was a large, castle-like structure stood above the rest of the skyline, separated by a energy field that gave the Royal Palace of Iondross the only good, fresh air on the planet. The Royal Palace also had the only garden on the world. A ceremony was taking place on the front steps of the Royal Palace. A coronation to be exact. The Iondrossers were replacing Thunder Elemental with a new Emperor: Axem Blood Knight. Although he was not from the planet of Iondross himself, Blood Knight was from one of the first worlds to ally with Iondross of their own free will. He had climbed the hierarchy of the Empire quickly, due to his intense desire for evil and destruction to spread. His own personal desire for domination didnt hurt either. An old Toad laid the crown upon the head of a tall, black Axem with red stripes running down his arms. This Axem was sitting a large throne and he was holding a large formidable axe that had the same coloring as him. The old Toad then proclaimed the words the crowd had gathered to hear. (JAMEY'S NOTE: Heavy text! Yay! :) ) OLD TOAD: I present to you the new Emperor of Iondross: Axem Blood Knight! The crowd cheered and pumped their fists in the air. CROWD: Long live Blood Knight! Long live Blood Knight! Long live Blood Knight! Blood Knight silenced them with a motion of his hand. AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: Thank you all. My first order of business as the Emperor will be to continue our domination of the galaxy. I have already selected a weakly defended planet, which will- A Koopa ran in and whispered to Blood Knight. AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: Why are you interrupting me during my coronation speech? KOOPA: Im sorry your Greatness, but weve just received word from one of the outlying colonies: Exoria has been lost to an assault of allied forces from the planets of Bob, Aquador, Pyrodor, and Diputs. NOTE: Just in case you cant figure this out, Exoria is Peaces planet. AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: What? This will not go unpunished! Blood Knight backhanded the Koopa and sent him sprawling. If the Koopa had not sprinted out of the area, he may have been killed. AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: I have just received information that there is now an organized resistance to our inevitable victory! Gasps and murmurs ran throughout the crowd. AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: I know it seems unbelievable, but it is true. Diputs and Bob are the two main worlds in this alliance. Do not worry, I am not softhearted. They will be punished for this insolence. However, I am not foolhardy like Thunder Elemental was either. The crowd again gasped. AXEM BLOOD KNIGHT: Yes, I did say that Thunder Elemental was foolhardy. An Emperor is not meant to be on the front lines, an Emperor should be planning, and stay safe in his own territory. Anyway, do not fear, I will make sure we crush these fools. THEY WILL DIE! The crowd started to cheer again. However, not everyone was cheering. In the background of the throne, cloaked in darkness stood a female Axem. This female Axem was average height, but her body was skinnier than most, and her figure was perfect. She had skin that was semitransparent. Her entire body was a milky, almost see through color. She was considered the most beautiful Axem in all of the Iondross Empire. This was Axem Opaque, Blood Knights highest advisor. AXEM OPAQUE (thinking): Yes, Blood KnightThey will be crushed, just as you said, except that I shall be the one to crush them, just as I will crush youThey will diejust as you willMWUHAHAHAHA!!! NOTE: Don't ask me why she thought of laughing, but she did. End of Episode 39 |
