| Fire-Fire: You become some sort of big fire falcon and charge though enemies. What's bad about this combo is you can't stop while you're charging. Fire-Rock: Kirby becomes a rock-spewing volcano. Hold B and move the direction of flying rocks with the control pad so you can aim in all directions. Fire-Ice: Kirby gets steamy (Woohoo! :) ) and hurts enemies where steam is Fire-Bomb: Kirby does a mini-jump and goes off like fireworks. Can be used up to three times in a row, and hurts enemies where the ashes are. Fire-Spark: Hold B to let Kirby rub his head...and have him catch on fire. Kirby destroys the enemies in runs into, but this is still a stupid combo :) Fire-Cutter: One of my favorites! Kirby whips out a fire sword that can also be used as a throwing knife (good in boss fights for keeping a distance) Fire-Needle: I HATE THIS COMBO! Kirby turns into a bow and shoots a fire arrow. This is a very slow combo, so I don't recommend it. Rock-Rock: Turns Kirby into a stone giant which explodes when you press B again. Kirby is able to move in his rocky state, but very slowly. Rock-Ice: Kirby turns into a curling stone and freezes enemies infront of him. No other comments. Rock-Needle: Ooh, nice one. Rock-Needle shoots a drill from Kirby's hand (Kirby's trying to copy Samus Aran...). That drill plows through enemies (and goes through walls) for a distance, then disintegrates. Rock-Bomb: Ahhhh! This is a dangerous combo! I don't use it that often. If you feel brave, use this combo to chuck a wad of dynamite. Hold down after you chuck the dynamite for a trusty hard hat, which will protect you from the blast (but nothing else :) ). Rock-Spark: Kirby shoots a long range yo-yo connected with electricity instead of string. You can explode in the middle of it's course by pressing B again. Rock-Cutter: This will be very useful in the middle of the game. This carves you into a rock creature (various ones, you can't choose). Each creature has a special ability (Example: Birds can let you fly). Press B to explode and turn back to normal. Ice-Ice: This turns Kirby into a huge snowball which attracts monsters. Run them all over while rolling, and stop with B. When you stop, any collected monsters explode for some reason :) Ice-Needle: Kirby turns into a huge icicle patch...or something, with pokes enemies in range. Ice-Bomb: I hate this combo. Really, don't use this unless you're getting that Shard with the Blue and Black barrier. This turns Kirby into a slow, exploding snowman. Anything within the area you detonate in turns into an ice cube. Sounds good, but since you can't control when to detonate, it's really a bother. Ice-Spark: This turns Kirby into a refrigerator which shoots out health restoring items. It's okay when you are about to die...but if you're like me, you use this more to drop a refrigerator on whatever's pissing you off :) Ice-Cutter: An OK combo which puts Kirby on iceskates. Kirby kills whatever he runs into. If you press A while skating, Kirby will do a midair twirl. Needle-Needle: Just like Ice-Needle, it shoots out big spikes from Kirby (can be useful at sometimes). Needle-Bomb: This turns Kirby into a spike bomb, with only a few seconds until he explodes. It's too bad this is kind of a slow combo, though better than Ice-Bomb since you can control when Kirby explodes. Needle-Spark: Kirby turns into a little antenna and gets struck by lightning. Destroys enemies above and near Kirby. Needle-Cutter: This is a cool combo which turns Kirby's arms into big teeth and kills things above Kirby. Good against the second boss. Bomb-Bomb: Kirby shoots missles out of his big mouth. Depending on how long you hold B is how many missles you fire. Bomb-Lightning: This turns Kirby into a light bulb which blow up in about 5 seconds. You can run into things while a light bulb and they die. Lights up dark rooms too. Bomb-Cutter: THIS IS MY FAVORITE COMBO! You chuck a throwing star and it explodes on anything it runs into. This is a good combo against many bosses because it's long range, quick in throwing speed, powerful, and it's easy to get (On Popstar, second stage). Spark-Spark: Makes a huge electrical circuit which kills anything in it's path. Gets smaller if you move around while it's active. Spark-Cutter: Another favorite. It makes the double sided light saber from Star Wars. Press B to do a series of attacks surrounding Kirby. Cutter-Cutter: This makes a Giant Boomerang and hurts anything in it's path. This isn't too good, since to me, it's kinda slow. Whew! That's all of them! |
