How to do 1000+ Damage on a Single Turn!

This is kind of meaningless because it doesn't work for bosses (there is a limit to how many bounces you can do), but if you are in a really bad mood and want to completely harass a poor goomba, this is how you do 1000+ Damage:

Step 1: Either Goombario or Mario can do this trick. If you use Mario, make sure he has the Power Bounce Badge equipped. If you use Goombario, he must be at ULTRA-RANK. You need to have about 30 FP to do this trick and you must be pretty good with timing (25 jumps in a row or more).

Step 2: Use the Jump Charge to boost Mario's Jump attacks by 2 points each time you use it. For Goombario, use Charge.

Step 3: Use either Jump Charge or Charge 27 times (if you have 30 FP. If you have more you can use either boost more until you have 3 FP remaining). Next, use Power Bounce/Multi-bonk and hope your timing is good. The Dodge Master Badge will help. Against an enemy with 0 defense, you will do at least 55 damage with the first jump (27 X 2 = 52 extra damage + 1 with your basic jump shoes), more if you have better boots.

Analysis: If you do it enough times, the sum will add to over 1000. For example, 25 Power Bounces in a row = 55 + 54 + 53 + 52 + 51 + 50 + 49 + 48 + 47 + 46 + 45 + 44 + 43 + 42 + 41 + 40 + 39 + 38 + 37 + 36 + 35 + 34 + 33 + 32 + 31 = 1075 points of damage!

I have tried it, it works! Just image if you are at level 27, with Ultra Boots and 50 FP. You can use Charge/Jump Charge 47 times and then Multibonk/Power Bounce and the first jump will do nearly 100 damage by itself!

REMEMBER, this doesn't work against bosses. The game limits the number of times you can Power Bounce on a boss to about 10. Nonetheless, if you use this trick, and you can stay alive, you can defeat the boss in one Power Bounce (about 300 damage, I haven't tried it yet).

EDITOR'S NOTE: There are some things I'd like to add. For one, I am not Dan, so I did not come up with all this. Secondly, the game does limit you to the amount of Power Bounces/Multibonks to an normal enemy to 101. Third, to drop the cost of Jump Charge to zero, equip the Flower Saver Badge. Lastly, the maximum amount of damage you can do with a single Power Bounce is 99 damage.
