On Dark Star, there is only one level, and that's the boss fight. When you enter, keep going to the right, killing enemies as you go, not falling down or anything :) . At the end of that scene you'll find Waddle Dee, with a rather convenient hole down. Go down and find Adeleine. She will give you a Maximum Tomato (Or a 1-Up if you already have full life). Keep moving on and King Dedede will launch you into the boss fight against O2.
Final Boss: O2
Time for the decline of O2. This boss fight consists of Ribbon holding up Kirby holding a shard gun. Shoot shards with the B button into O2's eye. In order to hit in the eye, you must position yourself in the center of the screen and fire, unless you wanna hit the wings instead. After shooting a reasonable amount in (And avoiding his plasma balls), the beast will be blinded! Hold Up and shoot 10-12 more shards at the halo. When halo breaks, hold Down and aim for his green bottom portion (What the heck is that thing?). Fire your shards at the...thing while avoiding the green, gassy fumes (And this game is rated E for Everyone?) to start depleting that life bar. After around 15-20 seconds of that, O2 will revert to the first mode, where you fire Shards in the eye. Repeat until you took out the last bit of the darn thing's life. Now, sit back and watch the short, cheap, and rather amusing ending. Oh yeah, you don't even have to watch the credits; Just press the Start button in the middle of them! Take that, Nintendo! :) |
