Black Hills Jazz Band will perform at both services on Sunday, July 20, at South Canyon Lutheran Church, 700 44th St. The group will play gospel songs Dixie-style at the 8 a.m. and the 10:30 a.m. worship services. The public is invited. 50th anniversary The 50th anniversary of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Hermosa structured worship will be celebrated Sunday, July 20. Worship is at 9 a.m., and dinner is at 11 a.m. followed by a Service of Remembering and an ice cream social. All are invited. Christian radio meeting Christian Radio station KWRC 90.9 will hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, July 28, at the Flying J truck stop in Hermosa. This is a general meeting to discuss public issues, any questions about KWRC and any concerns related to the Hermosa area. The public is welcome to attend. Look for the KWRC sign on one of the back booths in the store area. Gathering at the lake Fountain Springs Community Church will enjoy a fun afternoon from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 26, at Sheridan Lake.
