*Author's note: This poem was based on a scene of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, where Riley says that he loves Buffy, but she doesn't love him.*

She doesn't love me, he said

Even though she always was there

The way I can tell she doesn't love me

It's so plain to see in the way she acts

Is because she said she does.
