“Okay, so the first episode will be Chase’s last for a month. The Jonas Brothers will be the musical guests. We will also be using them in that episode, as a way to get them used to the insanity.” Jordan said, sitting in her chair at the meeting table.

Jordan sat to Taylor’s right while Brynn Jacobs sat to her left. All three were relaxing while Taylor kept making notes in a notebook while Jordan talked.

“Joe, we were planning on you to step in and fill Chase’s spot on the weekend news. We even thought about having the three anchors this week, just so you’re there and used to it.” Taylor said, setting her notebook down on the table.

“I think this sounds great.” One of the show’s creators spoke up.

“Okay, we’ve got one week people. It is back to the insanity.” Brynn said.

“I need lists made so we know what is needed for each specific skit. Scripts will be passed out once copies are made and we will do our first read through.” Jordan said.

“Awesome support everyone. Meeting is adjourned.” Brynn said, brushing some of her wavy blonde hair away from her face. People quickly scattered from the table, leaving just Taylor and Chase there.

“So, doest his mean I get to take some extra time off?” Chase joked, watching Taylor shift in her seat and keep looking through the notebook. He stood up to leave but leaned up against the table.

“Totally up to you Chase.” Taylor replied, not looking up. “I know you miss your family and there’s a list a mile long of things you’d rather be doing.”

“Yeah, and you’re at the top of that list.” Chase replied, brushing his blonde hair out of his eyes. He had a cocky smirk on his face and was leaning over the table.

            “Chase.” Taylor warned.

“Yeah, I know. You’re a good girl and you wouldn’t do something like that.” Chase replied, a hint of laughter in his voice.

“Chase, I’m in a very committed relationship.” Taylor replied.

“Honey, you and a vibrator isn’t a relationship.” Chase retorted. Taylor shook her head as she continued to look through her notebook.

“Mr. Nathans, you’ve been on this show since the middle of last season. I know you talked with Justin and Eddie before they left and have heard stories. Those stories are called rumors and they’re false. There is no way you’ll get into my pants.” Taylor replied. She looked up from the notebook and smirked at him. Her hazel eyes even had a dark tint to them. “And I would really rethink your priories if you plan to return to this show once you wrap your made for television movie.”

“As always Taylor, it’s been a ball busting experience.” Chase said, turning and walking out of the room.

Taylor waited till he left before she closed the door and leaned up against it. “Jesus fuckin’ Christ.” She whispered as she made her way back to her seat.

“You in here?” Taylor heard his ask.

“Read through isn’t for another thirty minutes.” She called, a smile on her face.

“I know, but its lunch time right now.” He replied, opening the door and stepping into the room. “I brought you some mac and cheese.” He said, closing the door behind him. He made his way over and took a seat next to her.

“You’re in Drew’s chair.” Taylor said, giggling a little as he started puling food out of the bad he had carried in.

“Well, Drew Jordan isn’t here right now. Besides, my seat from earlier is too far away from you.” He replied.

“Aw, I’ve got a cheesy honey to go with my mac and cheese.” Taylor joked, taking the bowl he handed her.

“So, what all happens at this read through?” He asked, taking a bite from his bowl of mac and cheese.

“We pretty much just read through the script and make necessary cuts. We use it mostly as a time to try out all the jokes that Brynn, Jordan and I wrote over the summer. We try them out; see what works and what doesn’t.” Taylor explained.

“So Miss Kellerman, I heard through the grapevine that you’re not really dating anyone.” He said, watching Taylor blush.

“I didn’t tell Carson yes or no on the dating subject. I mean, I’m in this amazing relationship with an amazing guy. But, I’m not fully sure how the world is going to react to us. Plus, I’m very much one of those people who likes to keep their private life private.” Taylor explained. “And it has worked so far.”

“I feel so ashamed of.” He replied, laughing a little.

Taylor sat her bowl of macaroni down on the table. She grabbed the arm of his chair and turned it to face her. She took his bowl and sat it next to hers as she straddled his lap. “Guess I should prove to you how much I love you.” Taylor said, smiling.

She watched his brownish hazel eyes sparkle. “I love you too.” He replied. “I love you Miss James Taylor Kellerman.”
