I went to Toronto with Jessie and Sandra. There we joined Paul, Jessie's e-mail buddy. We traveled the whole week together.Starting at the end. Here is a scene from the mass exodus from the final day of WYD. |

We met a lot of people along the way. Good talks which created great memories. Here is a family from South Carolina who we met at the Tony Mendez Concert. There's a story here (right Sandra?). Just a shot of the crowds during the opening Mass. This picture doesn't do justice to truly displaying the size of the crowds we encountered that week. |

Here at the end of Sunday mass, the last day of WYD 2002. We are with Paul's friends who we joined on the pilgrimage to the Vigil/Mass.Woke up that Sunday Morning with rainshowers. A BIG thank you to Jessie & Sandra who convinced me to save our ponchos from our stop at Niagra Falls. |

Here we are back at San Martin de Porres. We spoke to our community about our experiences and shared with them our photos, gifts, and stories.This is Kwesis, one of the Klass family who hosted us while we were in Toronto. Sandra is giving him one of our gifts, a cross with our parish name (San Martin de Porres) on it. These we gave to everyone we met along our journey. |
