Okay I have an interesting story. Last night Cherry, Katie and I went to the movie "the divine secrets of the ya-ya sisterhood." It was a great movie! We were the only people there except a lady who was tucked away in the darkest corner. For the most part of the movie we forgot she was even there. She didn't laugh or anything. After one extremely funny part (as we stopped laughing) this lady starts to moan and talk. I was in the middle and the other girls looked at me and snuggled down as close as they could get to me. At the end of the movie we glanced back and this lady was sound asleep! We quietly exited and as we did the manager shut down the movie projector. We were a bit skittish and raced down the stairs (we were in the upper theater). We got to the bottom and almost collapsed from laughing. We left the building and stood out side waiting for the lady to come out. I saw the manager come down and turn off all the lights. I realized that he didn't know that there was still someone up there! So I knocked on the glass to get his attention. He opened the door and I told him some one was still up there... he had no idea. Well, curiousity got the best of us, we waited for the lady to come down. About that time  across the street I saw a man wobbling down the road. I just knew he was going to come over and sure enough he did. The man asked for 75 cents and we politely replied that we didn't have any money to give. And he says "well, I'm from out of state" as if we would change our minds! I wanted to laugh and say something like, you can't even walk straight and expect us to believe you want food! Right, I'm sorry but I can't support your habit. Now if he had wanted food I would have gone with him to hardees and bought him a burger. Anyway, he wasn't leaving so I was like "Katie, lets walk you to your car" and led them across the street. This entire scene took about 5-10 mins and we were wondering what was taking the manager so long.  Finally sleeping beauty appeared, she looked like a transient, carrying a big black bag. I couldn't help but wonder if she was homeless and looking for a warm place to sleep. Meanwhile, our curiousity satisfied, we get ready to leave. I noticed the manager watching us and the drunken man stumbling his way back to us, so we hurriedly said our goodbyes and Cherry and I ran across the street to her car. The man stopped in the middle of the street with this absolutely confused look on his face. I had to laugh. The cool thing was that the manager of the Elks waited for us to pull out. I think to make sure we were okay. Wow what an adventure this impromptu Girls Night Out turned out to be. Face it, my life is hardly ever boring. Sorry for the long story that probably wasn't as funny as I think it is. Maybe I should end with the statement Kris uses when a story didn't go over so well... And then I found five dollars!

Well, I don't have too much going on today. My bible study only had two people show up so that was discouraging. Kyle and Jessica's bible study only had one. I hope that interest picks up soon. I can't help but feel like God wants me to do this bible study and if I need to repeat the same study so the people who need it attend than I will. Frustrations are mounting with in me due to things I can't control. Grrr. I think that has to be somewhat of an issue with me, control that is. Do you ever feel like you are helpless in some situations? I don't like that feeling at all. But then how could God truly move in your life if you are so focused on being in control? I forget that.

Tonight is kind of damp. I love this weather. Its perfect for curling up in a blanket and reading a good book. And sipping hot tea. Yummm. I think I'll do that tonight. I have the best tea for everyone to try its called wild berry zinger. Its great.

I have the chance to make a little money the next few weeks but I'm weighing the pros and cons. Delivering phone books at $.16 per book might not be worth all the work I'll put into it. Hmmm. I have to think on that for a bit.

I really really don't have a lot to say, so I think I should end this entry. No sense in babbling on and on just to fill up space. Well, in any case take care my friends.

Okay I lied... I thought I would end now but I just checked out my sites stats and I had to laugh. Someone visited my site at 6am this morning. I know its likely that it was Amy Catts but it made me laugh any way. Thank you to all who visit and read my silly entries. No matter what time you do visit.

Okay This has to be quick because I don't have much time. Remember my previous entry when I talked about the person who was seeking God. Well, last night he gave his life to Jesus! YEA! This is so exciting. Now I have another person who I am praying for. Please join with me in prayer for this girl's soul. Pray for the chance to witness to her and also for the softening of her heart. She needs God so much.

Well, I think I'm cured of my cooking fetish I had this week. Yesterday took care of that for me. I think I over estimated my cooming drive and made Lunch and Dinner for 10 people. I can't keep doing this or I'll be broke within a very short amount of time.

My first Bible study is tomorrow and I'm more than a bit nervous. So keep my study in your prayers. I think I'm about done for today but I'll come back soon and update stuff. I found out that my computer at home won't let my install Java so I can't update at home anymore. This is frustrating... If any of you out there can help me I would love you for ever. Actually, I think it has something to do with have windows xp as our running system. I'm sure Neil can fix it after all he is one smart guy.
