I am watching my little sister write a technical document (instruction manual) on how to properly do a, "Tornado Kick," for her language arts class.   She's been putting it off for weeks and it is now up to me to prod her into doing it.   No proding seems to be nessesary; she's actually enjoying herself.   The problem will be when we have to edit it down to at most 700 words.
She is currently working on diagrams (a la IKEA) to illistrate the important steps to take in order to not get hurt.   Kinda cool to watch her get animated about homework.
