You ask Jaslin what the conditions are for getting in the line up for the hatchlings, and how their bondmates will be determined.
Here are the rules for taking one of are kingdom dragons as your own. Both Her Majesty and Jaslin are very excited about the hatching, but they are also being cautious. They don't want to send the hatchlings with anyone who will grow bored with them or will forget to interact with them. However due to the number of hatchlings, and the limited resources of some potentially suitable candidates, she is trying to make them as accessible as possible.
1. She does not require that you have a website. However, it is required that the dragon be kept on the internet, on a web page. They are not to be used as desktop items, personal pictures, or used on other websites without permission from Elina.
It is to be noted that she will keep a extensive records of who has applied for dragons, and if she finds them anywhere where they aren't supposed to be the owner will be given no more then 1 warning to have them removed, or to discuss a compromise with her. She doesn't mind people having them, but she likes knowing where they are.

2. The story of the dragons bondmate, and how he/she came to be on the hatching sands is how the page will be judged fit for one of the kingdom dragons. This page is to be kept updated even after the dragon is adopted. I expect the images to be posted No later then 2 weeks after they've been sent out. I don't want to have to bug people about updating there pages. To get some hints about candidate construction go here.

4. The dragons are not to be altered in any way, and you are not to take credit for their creation. I shouldn't even have to say this.
