= Gang Rape  =

Invisible Evil;--Things that seems to be overwhelming but it is not.

--Also too temping for our mind to resist but too deceitful for us to know.

 (Ps; it’s only my invent word;  there’s no such thing like that ~as far as I know; just a concept created in my mind.)

Barangay--is a group of people/family, one community. It is a smaller part of a district. Especially found in Asian nations.(Abbreviation=brgy.)

Barangay Captainis--the head or leader of the barangay.

First of all I don’t mean anything in whatever manner pr way in this subject matter I’m going to brought about. It was a pure opinion, nothing to be so defensive or whatever. I don’t want to imply anything to, nor judge anyone quickly. If you will read this, and something pops up in your mind because of what you’ve read, especially if it is negative please finish reading this article.

I made this issue because somewhat I am somewhat concern to what is happening nowadays…. Of what is going on to people, what the heck is in their mind now (though this editorial does not really discuss that)….

I’ve just watched yesterday (July 15, 2006 ~ Pacific time) an episode of “Isumbong kay Tulfo”(“Report it to Tulfo”) about a girl( still a teenager/youngster) that was gang rape( its according to the girl of course- though not proven yet) in Bataan.

After watching the show, after what I’ve seen, I feel so much sympathy to the girl, so much that if I where to be in her situation, I might feel helpless, I know it will be a tough time for me. It is something to be shock, you might not even think about it that there is such thing that is happening now (even more alarming, disturbing, outrageous, wicked, despicable and detestable). From what the IMKT showed, it’s like the whole barangay was against them (the victim), like they were teaming up against the victim, like the victim has no ally to turn to, or like it seems to be useless to seek out help….but they found one with IMKT.

First, the whole barangay (though not really the whole barangay) seems to be in opposition to the victim [One of the suspect is a barangay captain of that area that is somewhat influential (what I mean is he have the resources/money)]. The people there have a streamer that it looks like the suspects are the most affected or have the most burdens in the situation, like the people there are being exaggerated. From what they are trying to portrait is that the victim is at fault, or she should regret or sorry for that and that the suspects were the most overwhelm/devastated in here and that they are the one to be pity and not the victim. That the people there just didn’t think about the situation, like they just go on without really thinking about their action.

Second, when the people rally against to the victim were ask by IMKT (or you could just see them), you’ll learn that they don’t really know what they are fighting for, or their cause, the problem, the issue, the concern, or the real situation there, that they don’t really think about what they are doing, like they are unsympathetic, like they don’t really care, like they antipathetic or apathetic. It’s like they are paid or bribe to do that just to put in the picture that there are many who don’t believe to the victim or many that care for the suspect or that there are many who support the suspects.

This is the most shameful/dishonorable I’ve ever seen and I mean only this issue (not in general), of course in general too, for me it’s so disreputable the action made by the citizens there. That's what i called "invisible Evil" --Too temping to our mind to resist but too deceitful for us to know ~char.-being unreasonable, numb, hard to understand and difficult to be correct them.

They are just like the people who rally in the streets (for their politicians) without knowing the real purpose of their presence there(and the effect of their doings).

Third, the suspects are too influential/powerful(What I mean they have a necessarily resources/money) that they even have there props(media men ~the IMKT said that they are fake) that seems to be in favor/bias to the suspects that they hassle(though not really-just seems and like)the IMKT team while the poor little victim have no one to run to(that could help them) in their barangay(just my personal opinion of course ~based from what I see) and is powerless.

Fourth, the last but not the least, the GABRIELA (An organization in the Philippines that was established/form for the benefits of the womanhood, exclusively for women who seek/need help/guidance to fight for them!) was visited by the IMKT and I mean with Mr. Ben Tulfo himself talk to one of the representative of the org. (Like what Mr. Tulfo said, the GABRIELA where accommodating when they met them, saying they will help the victim. When the trials starts none of the rep. of the org where seen in the court, they never showed up! They seek help but what happen they converse for nothing! And take note, victim there have the IMKT aids there, when they went to the GABRIELA but look what happen, nothing and I mean nothing even with the presence of Mr. Tulfo and from my point of view, Mr. Tulfo is somewhat influential, and feared by those people who do terrible things and alike) what else if only the victim or just an ordinary people went there? Is the GABRIELA focusing themselves only to (Or should I say favoring) issue which will benefits them most, make them popular and so on and not what really the matter or need of the women? What is the difference between the girl that is gang rape by a Filipino and a U.S. marine? Perhaps you can say many differences but you never see what I really mean. Is it because the marine where attention grabbing? Media grasping? It’s not a matter of nationality or that they are protected by man made law; it’s a matter of morality, integrity and so forth. Is GABRIELA picking who will help them immediately by a matter of popularity and not by needs? But luckily they found one org that was able to help them, if I were not mistaken it is the human rights violation.

HELLO?! If there reason for not attending the trials (without notifying the IMKT or the victim herself) is that they forget, wholly shit! Or that there is no one to attend(hello again!? ~talk to the marine^-^! ). CAN ANY ONE OF THEM UNDERSTAND? This is not just an ordinary case, it’s a gang rape!(perhaps not only an ordinary gang rape as the victim where overwhelm by the suspect/people in their barangay/by situation.).

Ummm this is now my personal; opinion….I think the girl didn’t lied! The suspect and their relatives(including people) that help them(solely for those who know the truth) are cruel, selfish, pitiless ruthless unforgiving demons(They are those people I would really want to punish if I will be permitted to do so ~the ultimate punishment-not death but sufferings for the rest of their evil life ~for eternity!). Those people that were paid/bribe, people who don’t care, selfish people, people who take it for granted, who don’t take the matter seriously, those cold people, foolish people, stupid, think only for themselves and alike, people who were involve direct or indirect those suspects, anyone who done something for the suspects, help them, make something to the victim and alike…. I just “wish”, just “hope” to, and I “do wish” and “do hope” too….but on a second though just forget the wish and hope thing, I only just “want” and “do want” them to experience or happen to them or make them feel what the victim undergoing now!
