My workout consists of
getting on a Precor
Eliptical machine for
20 minutes - at approx.
140 steps per minute -
and keeping that pace
going for the entire 20
minutes. If you've never
used a Precor Eliptical...
YOU are missing out.
They are fairly easy to use and you burn alot more calories than you do on a treadmill or just walking in a shorter amount of time. In the 20 minutes i'm on the precor machine I burn 400 calories. THAT is a lot of calories for a 20 minute workout! Then i get on the weights and start lifting... upper body one day, lower body the next... we use the deisel lifting systems and do burnout weight lifts
