| 'Patriotic City with Fireworks' |

| During summer school at Cosmetolgy we had to design and paint a nail. This is the first one I created. |

| Step 1: Paint nail with base coat. Let Dry. Then, paint nail with 2 coats of meduim blue nail polish or paint. Let Dry. |
| Step 2: Create skyline of a city in black with a small paint brush |
 |
| Step 3: Fill in Skyline with Black so that buildings are a solid color. Let Dry |
| When I scanned this nail ^ I tryied scanning the actualy 3D nail. It came out remarkably well. Although the scanner did create a grean and red shean in places on the nail. |

| Step 4: Add yellow dots to the buildings to create lighted windows |

| Step 5: Add fireworks in random colors. Dark blue, red, yellow, orange, and green are recommended. (If you deside to stop here add top coat and let dry.) |

| Step 6: If you deside to create and American flag under the city, don't fill in under the city with black. |
| (Optional Steps 6-8) |
 |
| Step 7: Add a dark blue square under the city to the top left of that area |

| Step 9: Finish with 1 or 2 coats of top coat or sealer |
| Step 8: Add Red and White lines to flag |
