| My model, Stacy, started with midback lenght hair that she wanted cut to her shoulders and beveled under. I started by sectioning her hair (after the shampoo) into a four part section. I dropped my guideline and cut it at zero degrees. I had Stacy tilt her head forward while I cut the rest of the back two sections at zero degrees. Having her tilt her head forward would make the underneath hair slightly shorter then the outer hair causing it to curl under. I did the same fo the sides of her hair cut. On this occasion I didn't have a chance to blow dry her hair. But it air dried naturally like this. |

| The next time Stacy came to me for a hair cut she wanted the same haircut I gave her at first but with the sides slightly angled and she didn't want it quite as short. After shampooing and sectioning, I cut the back so that it would bevel under, trimming off about one inch. For the front and sides, I first trimmer her bangs. Then I gave her a steep angle from ther bangs to the ends of her hair. I finished the cut by layering her bangs. Lastly, I blew her hair dry and curled it under. |
