| Mouse was so fearful. She was afraid of owl. She was afraid of hawk. She was afraid of fox. She rarely ventured far from the safety of her comfy nest. Here locked inside, she was warm, snug and safe. None of those things of the world that brought harm could reach her here. She was free to do as she pleased without being fearful. But was she free? |
