My name is Lisa and I live in Central NJ.   I am a mainframe computer programmer for a brokerage house in NYC.   Crocheting started out as a hobby, but is now a passion.

Giving someone a hand-made gift is such a wonderful way to show them how special they are.  Crocheted baby items are sure to be treasured, and handed down.  With so many specialty yarns to choose from, a scarf can be anything from trendy, to cozy, to funky, to just plain fun.  An afghan to match your decor not only makes a statement, but is functional.

I am very happy that there has been a resurgance of sorts of this 'lost art'.  Crocheters spend hours and hours creating their items.  I do so with love and happiness, and look forward to each new project.  I've posted pictures of some of the projects I've completed**.  There were many more I didn't think to take pictures of, and hopefully, many more to come.  In addition to crocheting, I enjoy scrapbooking and playing drums.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to e-mail me at [email protected].   I'd love to hear from you!
**I've had people e-mail me for 'my' patterns.  Please note that all items, except those that say 'no pattern used',  were made from printed, published and/or free patterns.  I will be working on listing the sources of those patterns on my 'Links' page.

On the home page, I've included a link to a Scrapbooking area of this site. I now scrapbook more than I crochet and it is another great hobby.  Please check out my scrapbook pages as well!  Thanks for Looking!!!
