SCHEDULE
- The league will sim games 3 days a week: Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday.
- Export files will be required by 6:00PM Central on game day.

OWNERS
- Owners must be active through all stages of the season. Any owner who does not participate may be removed at the discretion of the Commish.
- If an owner is unable to participate for an extended period of time, it is the owner’s responsibility to notify the Commish.

FRANCHISES
- Franchises can not relocate within the first 5 years of the creation of the league.
- Relocation must be to a city that wants a franchise. The city should have a 70th percentile or higher and be within the same region.
- A general manager must be active within the league for 3 years before requesting a franchise relocation.
- Franchise relocation must be approved by a vote of the general managers. If a tie results, the franchise can not relocate. The franchise must wait 2 years before seeking approval to relocate again.

TRADES
- Human controlled teams can not trade with computer teams.
- Both teams involved in a trade are required to send approval to the commish before it will be approved.
