paint bottom stop and bushing to cosmetic finish

Drape cradle structure already there with 1708 biaxial and resin
paint to cosmetic finish
Pulpit
remove rotted pulpit
cut pulpit from 3/4 untreated plywood
glue pulpit to deck
replace chocks, samson cleats, emergency winch, anchor roller
cut rope haws and chain haws install stainless haws gaurds
Drum winch
bolt winch inside chain locker
make electrical power and control connections to wires already there
Decks
sand and clean with accetone aft deck, fore deck, fly deck 2 days each total 1000 sq ft
lay one layer of 1.5 oz matt to re-seal areas exposed too long to the sun
roll marine deck white gelcoat with anti skid.
This is a decent cosmetic finish already
install wood over gelcoat finish with ashesive if desired later
Glass aft sun
1.5 oz glass over unprotected sun deck structure
Cleats
at any time before finish interoir ceiling panels place four layers of 1708 biaxial against hull upper edge and lay under deck
drill 3/8 hole for the four reinforced cleats and install with 3M 5200 under cleat.
Swim deck and swim deck enclosure
lightly sand and clean with aceton enclusure walls
use polyester fill with plastic knife
sand and paint total 120 sq ft wall area
remove temprorary plywood deck
replace with 5/4 plastic wood deck
mark and cut and screw
fill screw holes total 90 sq ft
cut edge flush and trim with rubber dock gaurd
Trim deck and enclosure seam with treatede quarter round
opaque white stain
Superstructure fairing
lightly sand and clean with aceton enclusure walls
use polyester fill with plastic knife
sand and paint total 700 sq ft wall area
Rails
place 36 aluminum or stainless deck rail fittings with a temporary screw to finish deck for rails
and 10 deck rail fittings for two ladders between decks
place each on top of a 6x6" ply wood protector
cut 20 30" styles
place 14 saw horses made to 27"
place 1.5" 2x4 across saw horses to extend beyond deck edges
lay length of rails accross the 2x4 on both port and staboard
tie the rails together across the deck to draw them together to follow the deck curve
fix rails to 2x4 temporary dont damge cosmetic finish of the rails
fit each of the 36 styles mark and grind on a jig to make the work fast
fit the styles between the deck rail fitting and the rail. tack with a rented mig welder
remove all saw horses
bend the ladder rails with $20 pipe bender and a towel no need to hire that done
cut and grind the ladder rungs
fit the ladder rails and tack weld the rails
hire a profesional welder to finish the welding
remove protection plywood under deck rail fitting and secure with three screws and 3M5200
