MISSING PERSON

These are the most recent pictures of Tommy

Tommy Newingham, 26 years old, missing since Sunday, December 2, 2001. Tommy's around 6'2" and 240lbs. (though he doesn't look it.) he has brown hair and a small mustache. He usually wears a cap and was last seen in jeans and a camouflage jacket. His last known location was Memphis, TN, near Winchester and Riverdale, driving a 91 Buick Park avenue, license number (ARK)428-EEJ. It was a gray/silver metallic 4dr with aluminum wheels with the center caps missing. Anyone having ANY information as to his whereabouts, we are asking that you write to [email protected] Please include "MISSING PERSON INFO" in the subject line. No crank letters please, this is life or death. UPDATE: 1/18/2003 Tommy is still missing and Jerry is suffering from AUTO IMMUNE HEPATITIS and other medical problems. Sorry I couldn't add any good news. This is a tough time for the entire family.

Due to this family crisis, all updates to this website have ended.

The following post is an exact "copy and paste" email correspondence between a web host advertiser and Jerry. I am posting this on his behalf, there are two emails from the web host advertiser and two replies by Jerry, please scroll down to the first email from the web host advertiser and come back up from there... READ ON: "Jerry's Email"

This is my reply to the second letter, I want the name of your supervisor! You are about the most INSENSITIVE INHUMAN person I have ever come across. How DARE you to continue hawking your goods in light of my misery and after me explaining the situation...I tell you what I WILL do..I'm going to send my sister copies of these correspondences between us so she can POST them at the Jake the Wonderdog website so visitors there can see what kind of people you are.!!! Jerry

"WEB HOST ADVERTISER EMAIL"

From: Joanna Mathew To: Jerry Newingham Subject: About your web site-'Jake The Wonderdog and Metaman' Date: Thu, 27 Mar 2003 04:56:05 +0530 Dear Sir, I'm very sorry to know about your son. I just happened to visit your site, and wanted to compliment you for the layout and the amusing cartoons. But, I read about Tommy, and was genuinely interested to know about him. I apologise, if my mail has hurt you in any way. I would be glad, if you could kindly try out our services for your new site, if you are facing problems with a free server as Geocities. Have a great day sir! Kind Regards, Joanna Mathew. [email protected] www.addr.com

"Jerry's Email"

This is my reply to first letter..

First of all thanks for my sister on the compliments on the website layout..She's the webmaster.Second of all I'm well aware of the drawbacks of Geocities..A few times my sister and I discussed changing servers, but that was before events in my life changed everything. Thirdly I'd like to comment on the EXTREME insensitivity you've displayed in your effort to sell your service..Have YOUR child murdered, body buried in some remote area, and not know where. Go thru a year of turmoil and rumors and sickness and despair and therapy. Then have some nitwit with GALL in an effort to make a sell lightly gloss over your tragedy. The site is no longer being updated and if you looked it over you should be aware of that..I have another project I'm working on to keep my mind off the horror that my life has become, but it has nothing to do with humor. My son is dead, I'm glad you liked the pictures. Jerry

"WEB HOST ADVERTISER EMAIL"

From: Joanna Mathew To: [email protected] Subject: About your web site-'Jake The Wonderdog and Metaman' Date: Wed, 26 Mar 2003 23:58:06 +0530 Dear Sir, I visited your website-'Jerrytoon Productions Presents', hosted at geocities. My compliments for a very well designed site. Your site features animated adult cartoons. Dark background with bright text looks very elegant. The funny cartoons and photographs of Tommy on the site certainly enhance the beauty of the site. Though simple, it has been presented in a very pleasant manner. I appreciate your effort in developing and designing this site. Is Tommy still missing? If yes, we hope more people see this site, and help in finding him out. Great design, neat layout and excellent presentation - your site has it all, but hosted on a free server. There are many disadvantages of a free server, such as limited space, disturbing advertisements and no technical support. Your website definitely deserves to reach out to a greater number of people on an excellent hosting medium. Recognition for your efforts in developing this site, in the form of more visitors is something that you certainly deserve. You will be concerned about bringing in visitors. But despite your best efforts in building a wonderful site, it may not be viewed by as many people as your efforts deserve. However, you may not be reaching out to a greater number of people, who may not find your website and services as wonderful as I did. There is also a strong possibility that you are missing out on several wonderful offers and services, that you may not even be aware of. Furthermore, you may not even be receiving value for money services as you should be. The solution to all such problems-ADDR! A great Internet presence has a considerable positive impact upon all your objectives - professional, academic, social and personal - by helping publish your accomplishments, thoughts, ideas, views and interests to a wide audience. This website deserves to reach out to as wide an audience as possible. To reach out successfully, your site requires an excellent hosting medium (unlike your current one) to help attract visitors - a medium that does not impose banner advertisements that slow download times and divert attention from your all-important contents, a medium that does not reward sites that attract a fair amount of traffic by cutting services for lengthy periods of time and thus turning away even interested visitors. In this context I feel that the following FREE offer would be of considerable interest to you: ADDR.com, a professional web hosting and a complete web solutions provider servicing over 75,000 very satisfied customers, is presently running a special 3-months FREE offer. How about giving this splendid opportunity a try? Our packages come along with a number of excellent features like, like 24/7/365 email, chat and telephone support, support for a large number of software tools and FREE submission of site to over 350+ search engines (increasing the site's visibility manifold) to name a few. Non-profit entities who opt for our services can avail of hefty discounts (prices applicable after the FREE 3-month trial and only if you decide to continue). Should you decide to cancel at any time, you will of course not be charged anything. In fact, we will get in touch with you after 3 months to find out how you liked our services and if you would like to continue with ADDR.com. To sign up, simply go to our web site (https://www.addr.com/signup.cgi) and go through the standard ordering form. There is no need to provide a credit card number, simply select "pay by check" option for now and mention "3 months free from Joanna Mathew " in the "How did you hear about us" field. Also, I would appreciate it if you could send me a quick email to let me know that you signed-up (along with the Username and the package opted for) so that I can ensure you get the 3 months free here on my end. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions. (Just to inform you, we also offer professional site-designing services and I can offer you a great rate if you wish to avail of this offer). Thanks for the time taken to read this through! Best Regards, Joanna Mathew. [email protected] www.addr.com P.S. Needless to say, there will be absolutely no advertisements of any kind on your web site (unlike GeoCities), and if you like, for your convenience, we can actually transfer your web site files for you free of charge. Just let me know.
