| X Division for all Generations In a bout that will certainly have no limits and will span generations of talent, Christopher Daniels will defend his X Division Title against Chris Sabin and the returning Jerry Lynn. Jerry Lynn, representing the X Division of the past, is an X Division pioneer and high-flying legend. He makes his return to in-ring action with two goals in mind, to instill respect in Sabin and Daniels, and to recapture the X Division Championship. Jerry Lynn is well versed in winning titles, as he is a former World Champion, as well as a multi-time tag team champion and X Division Champion. Standing on the sidelines for an extended period of time, simply trying to mentor the youth of the X Division, Lynn now finds himself in the middle of it all, on the brink of recapturing his past glory and bringing the X Division to new heights. Christopher Daniels, the current X Division Champion, looks to successfully defend his title against Chris Sabin for the third time. At the same though, he has the opportunity against Jerry Lynn to prove that while both were X Division pioneers, it was Daniels who laid the ground work for the success the X Division has in the present day. Chris Sabin, not one to lack confidence, comes into this match knowing full well that he represents the X Division of the future. His goal, his opportunity, is to make the future a reality...and to make it now, at the expense of Daniels and Lynn.
