When I first went to the Parents house in Dinagat, They had a feast in my honor. At the feast there was roasted and boiled pig! Below is them roasting one of the two pigs!
They used coconut shells to make the coal fire they needed!
After gutting the pig and burning off the hair they stick a bamboo from one end to the other.
Waiting for the coals to get hot enough to roast!
That is Saldi, Rica's brother-inlaw "married to her oldest sister (Ging Ging)" stitching up the pig with bamboo!
