Tex-Mex Hash


1 lb Ground Beef
3 Sliced Onion
1 Chopped Green Pepper
1 Med Can Whole Tomato
1/2 cup Uncooked Rice
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Salt
Dash Pepper

*** Preheat oven to 350�F. Pan fry ground beef until light brown in skillet. Drain fat. Add onions and peppers and cook until onion is tender. Stir in rest of ingredients and heat until warm. Pour in a casserole dish, cover bake 1 hour.

             Yield: 5 Servings
