| Strawberry Cake 1 box strawberry cake mix 1 box strawberry Jell-O 1 stick softened butter 1 pkg. cream cheese 1 box confectioner�s sugar 5-6 strawberries Make cake mix according to directions and bake in a 9 x 13 pan. When cool, poke holes into cake with the end of a spoon or a knife. Mix Jell-O according to directions and pour over cake. Refrigerate until Jell-O is set. Icing: In a mixing bowl blend butter and cream cheese until smooth, add confectioner�s sugar and continue mixing until all is smooth. Spread over cake and garnish with sliced strawberries. |
