| Banana Split Cake 1 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 2 pk cream cheese (softened) 1 can crushed pineapple (drained) 6 medium bananas 2 cups cold milk 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding 2 cups thawed cool whip 1 cup chopped pecans Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter Press in foil lined 13 x 9 pan, freeze 10 min. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar until mixed Spread cream cheese over crumbs Top with pineapple. Slice 4 bananas and arrange over pineapple Milk and pudding, mix 2 min. Add 1 cup whipped topping Spread over. Top with rest of cool whip. Top with pecans and 2 sliced bananas just before serving. |
