Bodie California |
An old gold mining boom town set high up in the Inyo Mountains. During its heyday in the 1880s, Bodie had a population of 10,000 people. By the 1930s it was pretty much abandoned. It is now a state park and the buildings are preserved in a state of "arrested decay" |

This is a really cool house with a great front window case. This was the J.S. Mc Cain residence.
