General Expectations:

• be positive and respect others as well as yourself
• pay attention in class
• do not disrupt the class with unnecessary comments or noises
• do Quality Work -- neatness, accuracy, organization, criteria included
• date papers
• take notes in class
• read assigned material
• participated in class discussions and projects

Grading Policy: The school policy will be followed.
                           Check you handbook for the policy and a copy of the grading scale.
 
 
 

Late Work: Papers will only be accepted for two days following the due date. For each day
                   they are late, 10% will be subtracted from your grade. This means it will drop
                   one letter grade, i.e. A to B etc. After the second day the grade will be a zero.
                   The policy may change if it is abused.
 
 
 

Make-up Work: I will follow the school policy.
                          You can find this in your student handbook.
 
 
 

Items Needed: You will need the following items each day.

• textbook
• pen/pencil
• paper
• 3-ring binder or folder
• completed assignment
• an open and creative mind
