Money/Cash/Credit Card/Finance
Prepare around 300 to 400 GBP at least, all in 20 or 10 GBP. Many counterfeit banknotes in old 50 GBP. The new 50 GBP banknotes from The Bank of England is safe. If you need to spend more, bring debit and/or credit cards.
Most ATMs at HSBC-Midlands, Natwest, Loylds-TSB and Barclay, especially outside head offices or main branches, offer cash withdrawal using Cirrus, Maestro, PLUS and Halifax Inter-bank Telegraphic Transfer Services, with 1% or slightly higher commission charge.

Guard Change and March Parade Schedule
We are so lucky that we can catch The Queen's Birthday Parade. On the Sovereign's official birthday (June 12th each year) the Horse Guards Parade turns into one of the greatest spectacles in the British Calendar of events - June 12th Queen's Birthday Parade!
