The Prime Evils:

The enforcement branch of the Inner Circle terrorist cartel. The only thing they desire more than world domination is UWL gold.

This group was first commonly though to be run by UWL president Bloodking, but recently he has done an about face, claiming no connection whatsoever with the villianous cartel. Allegedly, Bloodking is currently working with international law enforcement to bring about their capture.

Originally, the Inner Circle was comprised of Armenian scientific and martial arts expert Helga, Russian wrestling legend Drago, Chinese kung-fu master Drunken Fist and Rage, the brutish man-beast. Now, of that original group, only Helga remains.

According to Bloodking, the Inner Circle was in the beginning simply a stable of wrestlers taking part in a contrived "angle" in order to catch the public's eye. The angle apparently involved a stable of evil wrestlers enforcing the UWL president's will on the rest of the locker room and acting in such a way as to resemble a team of super-villains the likes of which are common to film and comic-book pages.

However, things quickly spun out of control as the Inner Circle took their roles too seriously, confusing fact with fantasy. At this point, Bloodking claims he broke off ties with the Inner Circle in fear and disgust, at which point the mysterious "Prime Director" took charge of things, taking the Inner Circle, now headed by himself and his "Prime Evils" to new heights of depravity.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the Inner Circle has come along way since its beginnings. Two of its members, Rogar and Darkhorse, are as of yet unbeaten in competition, while Madman and Destroyer are two of the deadliest and most effective fighters ever to grace the squared circle. Under the promise of wealth and glory, they have also succeeded in luring several top UWL stars into their fold, perhaps most notably Johnny Revolution, who switched over to the Inner Circle from the ranks of their bitter enemies, the heroic and
noble Slayahmaniacs.

Although Madman, Destroyer and Rogar are currently the three most wanted men on the face of the Earth, the Inner Circle has--strangely enough--been granted sanctuary from law enforcement at UWL events. The official reasoning behind this was that, given the popularity of the Prime Evils, their arrest on live television might very well spark riot and revolution across the globe.
