| DERRYINCH COTTAGE | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Derryinch Cottage is a traditional Irish cottage built of stone and brick and dating back about 150 years. It has been renovated to include an insulated roof and central heating, but still retains its character with oak beamed ceilings and small windows. The cottage has oil fired central heating and an immersion heater. There is a woodburning stove in the living room. All facilities are provided including a filter coffee maker, washing machine, microwave and a colour T.V. Please note that this is a cottage, therefore the rooms are small. It's located in the countryside, two miles from the nearest shop/Post Office. You will need a car. There are the attendant problems of living is such an area including wildlife, farms, farmers and isolation. |

| There are three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. On the ground floor there is an integral kitchen living room and shower/bath and toilet. Additionally, there is a fishing tackle room complete with washing machine and a conservatory which runs along the the length of the back of the cottage. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| All crockery, cups, glasses etc. are provided as well as a kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. There is also a microwave and a fridge. The washing machine is housed in the fishing tackle room. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
