After a quite sleepless night aboard various Danish trains, I sat in a cafe in Copenhagen's Kastrup airport waiting for my flight back to the states. I had been worried that I might get homesick after a month, but when I look at this drawing, I remember the ambivalent feeling I had about leaving. I never got homesick in the least, and I wish I could have stayed a lot longer in Scandinavia.
