Quick Update: Graduated from the MDP Course in November. I have extended my stay at Hunyani to 31 January 2004. Aiming to fly to London in the last week of January - wish me luck! Ashleigh is home and has a job, pending joining me overseas in March/April, with the rest of the family not far behind. |

Its been a rollercoaster year, and it hasn't stopped yet! I was nominated for the Management Development program at Nampak, which has involved a few trips to Johannesburg. In April we had an excellent break "on the beach" at Winklespruit and Scottburgh. July saw me travelling to Jo'burg, so Adrienne followed on, and we took a week in Cape Town with Ashleigh. Ashleigh, of course, went to see her boyfriend in Cape Town in April, and still hasn‘t come home! After a lot of thought and discussion, we decided that it‘s time to leave Zim "sometime next year", and have been slowly putting things together, with the emphasis on "slowly". One way or another, I resigned from Hunyani this week, to finish on 31 December 2003. So, now I ‘m looking for a job - ideas anyone? Where - Whow knows? A number of places interest both of us, so the idea is for me to find a job which will support us, and go there. First choice is Ireland/UK/EU, for the simple reason that I have an Irish passport, so no issues about visas, work permits, etc. If any of you have contacts, agencies, etc,. who may be useful, please let me know.
