   If you've come to this page you're interested in learning how to weave chainmaille. Sometimes simply referred to as maille, or mail armour. Call it what you like it is made up of metal rings that are either butted or rivetted together to form a protective mesh of rings. This armour protects well against cutting weapons but not as well against bludgeoning attacks. Here you'll find a quick demonstration on how to build the different patterns.
