So far I have 
mandrake plant --> uprooted mandrake plant --> mandrake reagent.
garlc plants --> uprooted garlic bud --> garlic reagent.
nightshade plant --> uprooted nightshade --> nightshade reagent.
ginseng flower --> uprooted ginseng flower --> ginseng reagent.
an oyster shell --> black pearls + used up oyster shell.


Also - I'm a little perplexed as to how to remove a trigger from an item if it fails for either a skill check or a random number check. Any help here would be appreciated as well.
