A great titanium bike, made with 3Al-2.5V Ti, purchased frame at end of 1998 and it's still going strong in 2003. The frame itself was probably made in 96 or 97, as Richardson Bikemart(Jim Hoyt) made me a great deal on the frame. Current Components include(June 03): Shimano Ultrega drivetrain, with Dura Ace cranks, forks are Easton EC70, stem is a new Thompson which still needs to be cut, brakes are old shimano 600's, seatpost is American Classic and the saddle is Selle San Marco. The wheels are Kysriums SL. The Merlin is due for a BIG make over, and soon Campagnolo will replace most of the Shimano.(except the cranks)The tired STI levers are just barely hanging on, see picture below.
