Maeve

"Have you spanked your Elf today?"

Maeve hails from a cute little Canadian city called Ottawa. When she's not busy reading or writing about naked Elves, Maeve studies for a degree in French literature at Ottawa U and enjoys performing on stage with Productions Nmsis, a student-based theatre troup in Ottawa. Also a published short-story writer, Maeve dreams of some day becoming one of the world's best female sci-fi authors. Maeve has lofty goals.

In her spare time, Maeve enjoys her role as a cat-mommy of four (Simba, Michou, Arwen and Eowyn), and also likes reading, writing, sculpting clay and pencil sketching, and maintaining her fluency in five different languages.

A big fan of sci-fi/fantasy and books in general, Maeve enjoys the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, as well as Robert J. Sawyer; favorite books include "The Lord of the Rings" (Tolkien), "Calculating God" (Sawyer), "Le Petit Prince" (Antoine de St-Exupry), "Notre-Dame de Paris" (Victor Hugo), "Le Horla" (Guy de Maupassant), "Agaguk" (Yves Thriault) and "Smuaintean fo iseabhal" (Dmhnall Aonghais Bhin).

Lemur

"Don't touch that Hobbit! You don't know where he's been!"

Lemur is a screenwriter from the United States. Three of Lemurs passions in life are writing, slash, and Orlando Blooms career, so shes delighted to have a forum where those three passions can converge. A fan of both FPS and RPS, her policy on slash has been and continues to be Where Orlando goes, I will follow, and she has therefore followed him from fandom to fandom, admiring and slashing. She enjoys and appreciates constructive criticism and loves to discuss slash and slash writing with her fellow slashers.

A fan of both film and literature (i.e. a nerd for all seasons), Lemur has many, many favorites of each medium. If stranded on a desert island with enough food, shelter and clothing to make the presence of a DVD player useful, Lemur would want probably want these five movies with her: Amadeus, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy (shes counting that as one movie and doesnt plan to be marooned until after the release of The Return of the King extended DVD), Its a Wonderful Life, When Harry Met Sally, and Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure.
